What are some of your tarot book recommendations?

 

I always recommend Rachel Pollack's "Seventy-eight Degrees of Wisdom" as a good in-depth study of the RWS Tarot (she also touches on Thoth & TDM occasionally). You'll want to look for the purple-cover which has both Volume 1 (Major Arcana) and Vol. 2 (Minor Arcana) in a single volume.

 

Then too, if you'll be learning to use reversals, "The Complete Book of Tarot Reversals" by Mary K. Greer is excellent.
