Playing cards can be used in a spiritual way as well. Here are the 'Hedgewytch' correspondences: 

 

Diamonds - Spring, Fire, Aries; the human soul 

 

Hearts - Summer, Water, Cancer; the gods

 

Clubs - Autumn, Air, Libra; the progress of human souls in living out the patterns of the gods 

 

Spades - Winter, Earth, Capricorn; fated patterns and befallings of all human souls
