Caerrha Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Do you also think that your choice for a certain piece of art - the attraction is has on you - says something on you? Â Because the image I choose was something that catched my attention while surfing for a nice piece of art. But I also heard the advice to not bother about other people talking to you... And now I choose this myself...
loveheartlight Posted November 17, 2019 Author Posted November 17, 2019 Hey, absolutely. It caught your attention, it called to you. There is absolutely no judgment here, just self-knowledge and acceptance. This is also why there's decks appeal to us and there's those that don't. I love the art of Tarot Illuminati but Deviant Moon terrifies me. But I cannot deny the power of Deviant Moon. A friend of mine used that deck to read for me when I was under attack by an enemy.
loveheartlight Posted November 17, 2019 Author Posted November 17, 2019 This piece is called Entering the Gates of Hell
Symph Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 You are hanging out with idiots who think they are charging toward victory but they're actually butt naked making a total spectacle of themselves for the statue of liberty and her artsy friends.   LOL i'm kidding.   No to me this would represent mob mentality. It's like telling you you're getting in with the wrong crowd or that the company you are choosing are causing you to behave immaturely and recklessly. The two figures outside on the left have the sense to "read the writing on the wall" and not get caught up in this charade. Â

Eamane Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 Hi everyone! I'm joining in this great exercise.  To me it looks like deception. A naive or unexperience person listening to a con artist thinking they've found the magic answer for whatever their issues are, unaware of what they are really getting into.
Caerrha Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 (edited) Or pretentious - they pretend to show something with a large attitude - but all you see are naked running guys  Edited November 17, 2019 by Caerrha

loveheartlight Posted November 18, 2019 Author Posted November 18, 2019 What has caught my attention is the lack of color. It's like read the signs. If color has disappeared from your world, then something is really wrong. Look inside. Look at the naked truth. All these fancy clothes are just for show. Do the necessary shadow work. Look into your personal hell of your own making, and bring the light of truth in there.

loveheartlight Posted November 21, 2019 Author Posted November 21, 2019 What about this art? It's called The Story of Nippondaemon and the Cat by Utagawa Kuniyoshi.
CambridgeTarot Posted November 22, 2019 Posted November 22, 2019 This is an "Endure trouble to take out the source" image. They have let the little cats play and dance and sing, which has lured out the cat demon and the source of the burning scrolls. Now, if our brave heroes succeed, they've dealt with the problem instead of chasing away the symptoms.
zedekiel Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 What a fun thread! I'm jumping in! Â In the Nippondaemon I see... "You become what you fear". When you harbour fear, anxiety, and hatred, it nests in you and changes your actions. Your actions are who you are and so you become what you've feared most. If you let this go on too long, others will begin to see it too. But there is a way out! There is a flipside to what you fear and what you hate. If you can find the joy and laughter in your woes, you can escape their fate by standing up and dancing with the chaos, rather than cowering in it. This cannot last forever, but it can get you through the slow burn that anxiety can grip you with, until you've made it out the other end, transformed.
