Mary El Is a Marseilles Deck

Hey I found these videos and thought people would enjoy them. Still waiting on getting the 2nd edition. The first one really blows my mind, and the second I linked mainly for convenience 🙂

I haven't watched these yet, but I believe the Mary-El is based on all three systems - RWS, Marseille and Thoth. (Funnily enough, Benebell Wen sees the Mary-El as more Thoth!) Thank you for sharing the videos, I'm looking forward to watching something Tarot-related.  I used to watch Sacred Seed's channel all the time, but she's stopped making videos for a while now. 😞

Sacred Seed fan here too!  I thought she was finished making videos though?

@Saturn Celeste she certainly hasn't made anything in a while! Mostly I just hope she's okay, haha. I'm not aware of anyone who knows if she left because she was just done or what. There's not really a goodbye or anything on her social media I think.

It's Sacred Seed's videos that make me consider getting into the Mary-El deck...she makes things sound so rad.

The Mary El is a very well thought-out deck. You can come to it from a TdM perspective or a GD one, and feel at home using it.
I wish it wasn't so damn glossy, though. I may end up getting the second edition one of these days after all, even though some of the images have been made less edgy. It's supposed to be less glossy, the tradeoff might be worth it.
