Forum notifications

Not individual threads or PMs - those I get fine., But I signed up to follow We Are One (the whole subforum) and I am not getting the notifications I signed up for at all. I set it to instant email when there's a new post - and I've not got a single one. Do I need to follow every individual thread ?

I’ve actually never tried subscribing to a whole subforum, so I don’t know if it works. We need to ask @Little Fang and she might need to ask the support peeps. In the meantime, yes I think it’s best that you subscribe to all the individual threads so that you know you’ll get your notifications. I’ll be interested to hear how this works out!

Yes.

If that isn't working, check your spam and such.  I don't have anything on the back end that controls this that I can find.

OK - I had already checked my spam and it's empty, so I guess I'll just subscribe to each one separately. Thanks for trying 🙂

 

Though come to think if it, it OUGHT to work; the other invision I am on I follow one whole subforum. I'll go see if I set anything differently there !

Nope - it's all set just the same there, and I do get notifications fro that whole subforum. Such is life and that, then !
