Little arrow top right by your name > drop down > pick "settings" and the magic word is there, where it pretty much talks you through.

I believe this is also a “5 post minimum” thing (changing username certainly is and I think this is one of those things too.) There are several more functions that become available once you hit 5 posts. We have set those restrictions just as a safety measure against trolls and spammers so they are limited generally in what they can do.
