Oni AT refugee and now Expat

I just found out AT has shut down! I was just going to get re active there again like i used to be. I had same user name on there Oni. Course that is my real middle name so not hard to find me! he hee. I had been on AT since 2004 so really sad it is gone. But if anyone knows me from there please do say hello.

 

I was from USA Florida all my time at AT but i moved to Budapest Hungary in December 2015. So many things have changed for me and honestly i am still unsettled here in Budapest, so tarot is much more needed for me now. All my decks are in storage back in FL, i will not get my worldly possessions until most likely a few years so i am rebuilding my collection for now. Europe is my home now i am never going back to USA. Being an expat has caused even more questions and stress in life so i will be devoting more to tarot now as i had been in out of it for awhile.

 

But i do have some decks so i am glad i found a site to do and share readings and learn about the ever expanding tarot world!

Hi Oni and welcome to Tarot, Tea and Me! I'm very glad that you were able to find us before AT shut down completely. I had been getting back into Tarot over the past several months too for several reasons (which would be to long to talk about here). I was feeling quite lost when Solandia first put up the notification of it closing. But, Little Fang (Obsydian on AT) has done a great job to create a site that is very welcoming to us.

 

It seems that there has been a fair bit of upheaval for you of late and I hope that we can do a bit to help you feel settled in here. You must be finding some great Tarot decks over there though! And Budapest! So much history and beautiful architecture ... my camera would get worn out! Anyway, I'm looking forward to your posts.
