Turning PM on or off?

Hi,

 

One person in particular tells me she has tried to message me several times through PM, but I'm not receiving anything. I know my inbox is far from full. Is it possible to turn the PM function on or off? Could someone please try to PM me or help me? I'm thoroughly perplexed.

You have to select conversations and delete them. I can try giving you some screenshots later if you can’t figure it out!

@Whisper dear friend, have you just renewed your subscription or did you have it before? if you are a subscriber your inbox should be unlimited with no problems! Little Fang was doing some work about a month or two ago to check account groups and some people might have slipped through their subscription level net. Basically you should have an unlimited inbox and also see this subscriber area of the forum here. If you don't, you might need to contact LF to change your settings to sort it out! A few other forum members had this problem and it was sorted out ❤️

Dear Daniel, I really appreciate your help. 💖 I finally figured out what was wrong and it was my doing. My box had never been emptied, so I think that was the reason! LOL Things are working now. Not sure about unlimited. I am a subscriber, so I will see what happens and will contact LF if the same thing happens again. Thank you, my friend.
