Now I don't feel so bad, mine weren't much under that. I still won't be doing them again, though.

This. Don't be WalMart - it's not good for you or anyone else.

It has to be either that, or once sentence replies" "Yes, he's cheating." 🙄

I would struggle to write more — maybe I need a bigger vocabulary.

E-mail consultations is something I have tried to wind down.  However when I said no GTs via e-mail I was inundated. I don’t get it tbh.

I also decided "no GTs via e-mail," but my reason was probably different. I like to have my tarot-savvy clients pull their own cards, which I then read for them (it's just a quirk of mine to get them to "own" the reading). I don't see how this would ever work with the GT unless they send me a photo instead of a list of cards as they do with tarot. But I'm not so sure I want to open that particular box.

I think your vocabulary is fine.
And using less-common words like "imbricate" instead of "overlap" (for example) wouldn't make the piece any longer. People would probably complain, lol.

I'm always challenged to find alternatives to the generic verb "shows," like suggests, implies, indicates, portrays, reveals, displays, underlines, conveys, etc, most of which fit my style like a turd in a punch-bowl. If I was Charles Dickens, who never used ten words when one hundred words would do, I would just turn each one into a phrase: gives me the impression that, makes me think that, and so forth. But it's all really just "weasel-words" to hide the fact that we aren't 100% certain about our predictions. For example, I shy away from "will" in favor of "may, could and might" (or, if I'm feeling brave, "can" or "should"). This degree of caution seems to come with the territory.
