I am new to Tarot but forty years ago ( I'm 68), as I was about to leave my hometown of Cleveland for a new job, my best friend paid to have my cards read,though I thought it was hogwash. I sat in a bar he worked at and proceeded to have my mind blown as she describe every aspect of my situation to me in what i now think was a Celtic spread. I had studied astrology in order to prove this same friend wrong only to become a devotee. I spent the intervening years working and devoting spare time to developing as an artist but I have always seen the world with the signs in mind. I did delve a little into I Ching but not much. Even it was surprising. Now I have had a calling of sorts to return to my real love of this kind of spirituality. Something strong told me to follow this urge and here I am. I hope I am posting this in the right way and the right place. I have never been part of a forum and, not having a computer until I was 50, it sometimes seems awkward to me. Thanks for having me.
