VGimlet Posted April 11, 2020 Author Posted April 11, 2020 I'm in with Tarot of the Little Prince, even though I had to make myself put away the Golden Art Nouveau. Finally got my new decks in order so I can find them and use them. Hope everyone is well and staying as safe as possible.
Bodhiseed Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 Nigel Jackson Tarot paired with the Viking Lenormand for me - thank you VG.🌻 Our internet (and mobile data) have been down for days, which has really felt constrictive. But today it's up for a bit so I'm surfing like crazy. 😄 We are planning to change companies on Monday in hopes for a better connection (which has been terrible since Hurricane Michael). But the hilarious part of it is that the technicians won't come in the house, so I'll have to be the technician while they tell me how to hook up our internet, TV and phone. Hope the technicians they send to walk me through this are patient!
Mi-Shell Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 Oh, @Bodhiseed, that sounds like a tricky challenge! Make sure, they do not leave before you are SURE, that everything works well. Good Luck!
Mi-Shell Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 This week I will go on virtual sight seeing trips with the Sacred Sites Tarot
tarot_cat Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 Thank you for the new thread! This week I would like to work with Buckland's Romani Tarot.
AJ-ish/Sharyn Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 gosh, a bunch of great deck choices this week. I'm in with the Di Vinci Enigma tarot. Thank you VG.
Queen of Nothing Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 I'm in this week with the Starchild Akashic Tarot. My job literally leaves me too mentally and physically exhausted to pursue any of my hobbies, so now that I'm isolating myself for my personal safety I have SO MUCH TIME to do the things that make me happy. Like read books and study tarot. It feels good to have my cards back in my hands.
Madame Squee Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Thank you for the thread, VG 💐 I'm in with the Minute Tarot and Le Petit Lenormand Noir.
Amberjune Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 I'll be working with one of my favorites, the Tabula Mundi Tarot and the old-school Earth Magic Oracle by Steven Farmer. Happy week everyone, stay safe and healthy.
Bodhiseed Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 This week I'll be using the Nigel Jackson Tarot, created by Jackson and published by Llewellyn. I'll also be using the Viking Lenormand, created and self-published by my dear friend Carole Beasley. Today's draws are the Two of Coins and the Rider: The companion booklet describes the Two of Coins as 'skillful management,' an apt explanation of this card's meaning. How do the scales balance when it comes to assets and expenditures, self-care and the care of others, or rest and work time? The scales might not be even each day, but over a period of days, they should look a little more in line with each other. The Rider appears with the reminder to be aware of what's going on within and around us instead of going through our days with blinders on. There may be messages from our bodies, our bank accounts or friends and family that need our attention. We must hold still in the midst of our burning thoughts, our anxieties, our fears, and our emotions. We must remember to settle into our bodies and allow them to do the knowing, the resting, the connecting to the earth beneath us. We have a chance now, while the world has stilled, to feel the wind and the sun, to walk outside in the rain, to notice the small, yellow faces of dandelions emerging from the mud. We have a chance to remember what matters in this fleeting, fragile life – our connections, our loves, our families, friends, communities and our host, this endlessly beautiful and constantly changing Earth. —Elizabeth Monson
