I love deeper tones like purples and royal blues, magentas, pinks.

My favorite decks are my hand painted, hand glittered Illuminated Tarot decks by Carol Herzer.  The regular printed ones are beautiful too.  I love her use of color.

I've moved this old thread to the Tarot Decks section where it fits best 🙂

My favourite deck has to be the Rider Waite deck. I know it is old, but I like the simple cartoon design in it..

I have to go with my 3 workhorses, all RWS-based: Morgan Greer (my 2nd deck), Mary Hanson-Roberts, Robin Wood. If I could cobble them all together I would.

For other reasons I would have to add in Arcus Arcanum, Cats Eye, Pagan Cats, Arthurian  (Hallowquest), Legend Arthurian, Halloween, Prairie, all of which are also RWS-based.

I could add more to the list but let's stop before it gets out of hand! (Looking at you, Grail!)

My list has evolved some this last half-decade. In no particular order:

Tarocchino Bolognese
Tarocco Siciliano
RWS (University Books and Albano)
Thoth (greenie and gold box pocket sized)
TdM (Conver style and Madenie with "ghost" images. Also Playing Marseilles and Flamand, though those aren't technically Marseilles)
Vamp Tarot
Lasenic
Black Power Tarot (Majors only)
Tarot Fortune Cards (Thomson Leng)
Vintage Tattoo Tarot
The Great Parade
ALL the Baba decks

Probably a few others I'm not remembering at present.

My current favorites are Journey Tarot by Teagan Michael Turner and
