Thoth key scale help

Hi, can someome explain me what does the key scale part means? I thought of the paths and number connections but the I4 brings me problem, here's a photo of my doubt

Thank you very much, I just realise my mistake, I think I got to clear my mind before keeping on.

Crowley was big on correspondences. Tables and tables of them. Endless. Crazy-making, at times.
The good news is that we don't have to retain all that stuff!
It's good to understand it, though.
