In this article of A cauldron with a warm heart we will discover together how to prepare a good rosehip herbal tea and why to choose this fruit.
The consumption of rosehip herbal tea is recommended as it can help in case of illnesses such as flu and colds and is also useful if you want to purify your body and organism. It also serves as an anti-inflammatory and also helps relieve the symptoms of your allergies. Furthermore, it can also simply be appreciated for its delicious, slightly citrusy flavor.

This is a easy-to-prepare infusion. First, wash rosehip berries and remove all seeds and hairs if there are any. Then, put berries in a cup or in a teapot and add boiling water. Now filter the mixture and let it rest for ten minutes.. Then it will be ready for consumption!

This seems like a wholesome, comforting tea. I checked whether I can get rosehips where I live, it looks like the dried variety is available. I suppose this tea is best brewed with fresh rosehips?

Hi, I think it will still be delicious even if you make it with bought dried berries. 🙂
