    Started by Mondaygirl,

Hello all! I joined years ago, and I fell out of love with the tarot for a while. I’m getting back into it, though, and I’m looking forward to reading lots and hopefully posting too. šŸ’•

Hello, everyone! I'm returning to the tarot forums after taking a break for a while. I was known as dawntarot on Aeclectic. Good to see some familiar faces here, and looking forward to getting to know the rest of you! ;D I've been reading tarot for about 9 years now and also dabble in Lenormand and playing card readings when the mood strikes. Tarot will forever be my first love though! Cheers Dawn

Hello! I've already seen a lot of this forum, and I'm so impressed! I'm a little intimidated to post in some of the areas because I'm not sure how much I have to add. I got my first tarot deck in junior high, and I'm pushing 50 now, but I am still very much a newbie. In the intervening years I have homeschooled 5 children and that kept most of my own interests in check. I am excited to get to know people here, and I've already started learning thanks to you all. 😊

    Started by Seren,

Hi everyone, Despite being deeply interested in the Tarot for the best part of three decades, I've never before ventured into the world of those who feel as I do ... so signing up here is a big step for me. My name is Seren, I'm Welsh and I'm a graphic designer by profession. Covid has decimated my business, but it has also given me the time to work on something I've thought about for years, and that is creating my own Tarot deck. At the time of this introduction I have 35 cards finished, so just under halfway there. I'm not the world's greatest illustrator. I have had lots of failed attempts, but I finally realised my limitations in terms of ho…

Just joining the forum. Try Bravo Teas before beginning a reading (just my choice - Japanese Honey Suckle with lemon). I am in the stage of selecting the Tarot Deck I will handle and tune, learning about techniques - shuffling and spreads to use. And of course studying the art of the cards and their meanings, connecting cards and applying intuition appropriately. I posted my first question and will appreciate thoughtful responses, because the materials I have examined have not been clear or have not discussed this.

Hi, I just signed up and a little bit about me is that I just started my spiritual awakening journey. I have recently purchased my first deck and can't wait to explore and learn more interpretations and history/meanings! I am excited to grow and become stronger spiritually šŸ™‚ Squish is my nickname, my mom has called my squishy/squish ever since I can remember lol

  8. Twinkle
    Started by Twinkle,

Hello, I'm Twinkle, it's really nice to be allowed to join this site. I found this wonderful place while googling how to use Tarot to find lost items. One of my friend successfully found a lost cat in this way, and I was like wow, that's amazing! Frankly speaking I'm the type who don't bother much to find lost items. I will tell myself we'll meet again when it/the universe thinks it's proper time in the future lol. I got my first Tarot deck from my bestie at around age 11. It's Legacy of the Divine Tarot, by Ciro Marchetti, and it remains to be my favo deck and most used one, apart from RW. As a child I was also into making speacil inks using…

    Started by Tanaquil,

Hello fellow tarot enthusiasts! I was happy to find this forum a few months ago as I was getting back into tarot. I was somewhat active on Aeclectic from about 2003-2011, then life and kids took over and I had a hiatus. I’ve never been a very prolific poster, but I enjoy reading and learning new things from other, wiser posters. At this point I’m dipping my toes in. I’m also hoping to revise my collection a bit so I’ll likely post in the trading section shortly. Glad to ā€œmeetā€ you all on this rainy, dreary day in the Pacific Northwest!

Hello, and thank you so much for your community! I’ve been reading tarot cards for 6 years and have loved every second of it. The tarot is a great teacher and just a lot of fun, right? I hope to become more active with my fellow readers online :) I am a big fan of the Thoth system (cut my teeth on the Rosetta Tarot), but have a collection of decks so large I am rather embarrassed about it! Other things, let’s see... favorite color is red, I love my pet rabbits and playing guitar, and I was playing Pokemon Yellow tonight. It’s great to meet you!

Hello there! I've signed up to few new forums and this one looks pretty cool. I'm actually quite happy to flit around and post on several forums and i'll definitely spend some time here. It was a pain to learn the Aeclectic forum was closing down just as I was seriously considering professional tarot reading part time - along with being an Occupational Therapist. Hopefully, I'll be able to pick up some great tips from the wonderful people here (and on the other forums too). Looking forward to some great conversations!

    Started by Cheyenne,

Hello everyone, I am Cheyenne, I joined this forum about 2 years ago. It was around that time that I had some medical things come up and I just dropped off this site and many others that I was a part of randomly. It took about a year and a half for me to get to a place where I was able to come back online to places where I hadn't been in so long. A lot has changed for me so I thought I would re introduce myself. I am a Solitary Eclectic Witch who has been using Divination for 6 years now. I began my journey with Divination well before my journey as a witch. I practice a few different forms of divination, these being Tarot, Oracle, Lenormand, Charm divination …

    Started by Anabiyeni,

I've been reading Tarots cards for maybe 20 years. My go-to for most of my early years was Osho Zen Tarot, which I found refreshingly intuitive. More recently, my usual preferred decks have been the Pagan Cats, Cat's eye, 78 Doors, and African American Tarot. I collect Tarot decks largely for the artwork, but have tried reading most of my decks at least once. I had never connected with the imagery in the Waite deck, but in learning more about Tarot history, I picked up the Universal Waite deck and promptly set it aside for months. After quarantine started (I'm a public health worker in New York - I've been stuck at home since last March), I experimented with w…

Hi All, I'm Felicia (she/her/hers) and I consider myself very new to tarot. I've had an interest in it for quite a while, but I've only recently bought my own deck (Rider Tarot Deck) and started trying interpret/read for myself. I'm hopeful that this community will help me grow in my own understanding and provide a space to practice interpretations for others so that I can feel more confident in the cards are trying to convey. I've found myself overwhelmed at times when trying to use my intuition to discern the meanings of the cards, but then going online to see what the cards generally mean in various scenarios... I bought "Guided Tarot" by Stefanie Caponi to…

Hi all! I just got into tarot readings. I’ve always had very intuitive dreams and often feel like I’m dealing with dejavu. I get approached a lot by people who do tarot readings telling me they have messages for me (could be spam not sure) but I finally decided to stop running from it all.

Hello everyone, I hope you are well! I am new to this forum and am glad to be joining you. I come from a background of Tarot, Kabbalah, and Astrology and am looking forward to seeing what I can contribute and learn from this community. I hail from Mexico City, Mexico where I was born and spent time in Northern California as a child and Southern California for college. I have been studying astrology, Tarot, and Kabbalah for 20 years and can read in both English and Spanish. I'm an actor and writer so Storyteller seems like an apt moniker. I am looking forward to meeting people on this site and sharing with them. Nice to meet you all!
