Hello fellow Tarot Readers.. Wishing you all many Blessings. I am pleased to be part of this online community. I’ve been connected to the Spiritual world since I was little.. It’s something that has never left me. Anything I have done in life, has somehow always lead me back to this. As I have gotten older, I have realised how important the Spiritual world is to me, and how much it can teach an individual. In my life I am yet to learn many things, but if one thing is for sure, having a strong influence and background in this realm has made me aware of many things and given me the constant desire to do and be better in this world and to …

Hi Everyone, I found this forum whilst trying to learn more about reading Tarot. I have been on a spiritual journey over the last two and a half years, but have been fascinated and drawn to tarot for most of my life. I have two decks, The Shining Tribe Tarot, which I got because the suits of rivers, trees, birds and stones seemed less scary than the traditional suits. I have since obtained the Everyday Witch Tarot which I love. I also have a couple of decks of oracle cards and recently purchased a set of Witches Runes. I look forward to getting to know you all and learning more.

Hello, everyone, I'm GreyBug, 40-ish, living in Belgium with my husband. I spent some time back on Aeclectic but left around 2009-ish. I've been dabbling in tarot and other divination methods since around 1998 but it didn't really start clicking until around 2007 - I listened to Dan Pelletier do an example reading with The Gothic Tarot of Vampires on Lisa ReFalo's Tarot Connection and I finally understood how to break the cards out of their dry LWB meanings. So yay for Aeclectic (and for here!) for hosting such great people, conversations, and resources. Other than tarot I'm mostly into art - drawing, mixed media, collage, some digital stuff. Recently I've start…

I've finally found my way here, so many years after Aeclectic shut down! I see a few familiar names, which is so nice. I've always gone through on and off phases with all my divinatory interests, but without AT to spur me along this was a very, very long off phase. Anyway, happy to be here!

Hello TT&M... my name is Daniel; I’m a millennial, 40-something year-old Pagan, Chaos Magician, and Eclectic Witch from the Olympic Peninsula in the PNW. I’ve been exploring spirituality and developing my own craft since 2018. Although a RWS tarot deck has been in my possession this whole time, I’ve admittedly not used it to its full potential. My goal in linking with this community to become better at both reading the tarot cards in general and joining together a full narrative, given the spread. I’ve also acquired a handful of other tarot decks over the years that I would like to include more often in my craft in more profound ways; love coming acr…

Good Evening from West Virginia! I'm just nosing around the site learning as I go.

... but I posted in the wrong place yesterday, (I introduced myself at the end of another intro.) Sorry, my mistake! I've been a Tarot reader for years; I got my first deck when I was in my teens (a Hoi Polloi) and my go-to deck now is usually the RWS. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here - I've really missed the forum at Aeclectic, and thought it was time to try and find another Tarot community.

Hi Everybody! I've always been fascinated with Psychic's, fortune telling, etc. I've been practicing tarot for the last 10 years. I've read book after book, Tried readings on myself, have a lot of decks, and am determined to be able to do readings someday. I struggle with the story telling part. I also struggle with trying to figure out who is doing what in readings. I've been looking for a place to interact with others on the same tarot journey. I came across this site while looking things up and without hesitation I joined. Let's do this 👊😀

Hi I'm Mikey, I started with the cards back in 72. More recently I have been giving readings, I never offer but am sometimes approached, for about 5 years now. I use a combination of Jung, an Open Reading, and subconciousness to read. I love to discuss Tarot and have been looking for a Friendly place. I hope this can be it. As my grandfather said, if you don't learn something new each day, you must be dead!

I used to lurk at Aeclectic Tarot Forum back in the day, and I still find myself returning there and learning a ton from the archives. I've been a casual reader of tarot since I was in high school, but it's only been more recently (I'm now in my 30s) that I've begun making a really dedicated effort to learn the cards' meanings, take notes, and develop my skills as a reader. I'm finding that the quality of resources available out there is a real mixed bag, and if I can't find the kind of insight I'm seeking elsewhere I can still almost always find it on Aeclectic. I'm hoping for a similar experience here, since so many of the folks who used to post there migrated over here…

Hello! I'm brand new to tarot. Well, mostly; I had a deck when I was a kid that I dabbled with a little bit and found intriguing. It's been lost to the sands of time across multiple moves and a couple decades at this point. My wife and I were on vacation recently and we were exploring a cute little downtown nestled in the mountains a few hours from where we live. We walk into a crystal shop. While neither of us are into that stuff at all, she finds the crystals pretty to look at. I was struck by an enormous tarot display in the back of the store. I was brought back to my youth and began to reminisce. I chatted with the shopkeeper for a few minutes but ultimate…

Hello, my name is Lycarael. I have been reading cards along with other forms of divination for over 16 years now. I was first introduced to card-based divination via the deck Animal Messages by Suzie Green. Someone else did several readings for me using them and my first 2 readings were both "The Chameleon." Cards with that imagery have recurred often throughout my life, both in readings for myself and those done for me by others. I have been an occultist for over 2 decades now, and if you asked me when I was initiated I would say that basically my birth was my initiation. As a toddler, I was obsessed with the movie Kiki's Delivery Service and knew in my heart that Magick…

Hello everyone, I am new here. Nice to meet you all. A long, long time ago i was an active member of AT under the same name. I hope i will see some familiar names. I became a member in 2019 and then promptly forgot about this forum. Not planning on doing that again this time. I am a woman from the Netherlands. Using tarot for myself and sometimes others since i was 14 wich is soooo many years ago its embarrassing. I recently bought some land with a group of friend and we are building our own tiny house community. Wich ment i discovered how many tarot decks i do own and it started my interest in different decks again. So i hope to learn and play a bi…

Hi all, Having punched through 50 years of life's outrageous sling and arrows, I've racked up a broad, if eclectic, catalog of skills, interests, and pursuits. I've always been inclined to discover things for myself, with the Internet my most valued resource in the toolbox. With that in mind, I'm kinda stunned to announce that Tea, & Me is my first forum membership for anything - ever. I am not surprised that I'm surprised to find my first forum is something esoteric. I've arrived with questions - obviously. And I'm particularly keen on input from experienced members and those interested. Schooled in the traditions of reciprocity (thanks Mum an…

Hey folks! I just found this place today - I used to be MikeTheAltarboy over on Aeclectic. I have a long time love of the tarot deck - probably about 25 years. My interest are primarily in the games played, and it's history; but I do dabble in the meditation and divination side as well. Other interests: Medieval Christianity (liturgy, music, art); Freemasonry and Rosicrucianism (art of memory, meditation; cabala); Astrology and Geomancy; card games in general.

Hi all. I am new to all the Tarot thing and I am really excited to learn it and hope you will help me with that. For example I really like the approach of Marseille tarot guys like Pitsci ,Jodorovsky and Ben-Dov . My main goal for tarot is to study my thinking patterns with the help of cards. And I was told that Marseille is the better system for that .My biggest issue with all of this is that I don`t like any Marseille sets that are available. Yes I know this is very childish ,but why can`t I get something that looks nice ?For example what would happen if I get Waite style deck and use it as Marseille ?I am complete noob in this ,but I was told that Marseille is far more…

Greetings and salutations So a little about myself, I'm a new Tarot user(Got my very first Tarot last July my B-Day Month) What brought me here is Youtube, that and my quest to learn more about this Spiritual practice. Since I am new to this I always find it helpful to learn from others who are more experienced. As a Cancer I find using Tarot to be quite natural to me. Nobody else in my direct family practice this, although my mother did say that her Grandmother(my Great Grandmother) may have been a Clairvoyant herself, but due to the times she grew up in didn't talk about it much. Looking forward to meeting new folks! Derek :)
