Last night I realized I only had 77 cards in my RWS deck instead of 78. I went through all my cards and figured out the four of cups is missing. i have no idea when I lost the card. I looked for it in places I thought it could be, but I couldn’t find it. What should I do? This is the main deck I use for readings. It’s an old friend, and I certainly don’t want to get rid of it. Should i purchase an identical deck and just replace the missing card? This is so terrible. I don’t know what to do.

After the very sad news of Mr S Kaplan, i wanted to know if there was going to be a vol 5 Encyclopedia of Tarot. I had read somewhere that Mr Kaplan was planning on doing a fifth volume and had collected enough material for 400 pages, with co-author Jean Huets. I wonder if they will do an anniversary special edition in the memory of Mr Kaplan.

Tonight something bizarre happened while reading for a new client, reading a Universal Deck that was a gift. Long story short, her brother died 6 months ago after a long battle of illness. An answer to part of our reading with reverse King of Swords. I read in context he said it was his time, he put down the fight. We went through more cards about other things, at end of reading she asked if something went wrong at hospital. I drew another reverse KOS! I didn't know there were 2 in deck. The only doubled card & nothing else was missing.

I think it's so cool that two decks I love because of how cute and understated they are and who leave a lot to the imagination turned out to be based on one of the few decks I've seen where the only ambiguity is often the overwhelming amount of information given. Learning "dominion" is the card title of the two of wands from the Son and Moon and it's decan from the Thoth - where Aries indisputably enjoys hanging out in Mars - helps me understand the man from the Two of Wands in the Tarot Nova who's getting his head knocked off. I plan on taking this slowly, but I'm sure that soon I'll be able to answer the burning question every Tarot Nova user has ever asked…

Hi everyone! I'm an absolute beginner in Tarot reading and due to lack of confidence in my ability to choose the "right" cards, I like the idea of jumpers. So under the assumption that you do include jumpers in the reading, how would you read them if you get a bunch of 3-5 packed together and another single card jump in the same shuffle and land themselves in the 3rd and "4th" position of a 3 card spread? 🙏 Lorem

So I was wondering if any of you have had an experience similar and what you choose to do? I purchased a deck and immediately issues have happened first the deck was sent to someone else’s house luckily my phone number is included on the PayPal purchased boxes . So we drove to pick it up , okay no big deal, then my cat ate the world card so I got that replaced , I do know there is something different about this deck . I was thinking about different kinds of readings one could do, and it occurred to me that when reading about a relationship, it might be helpful to have both (or all) members of that relationship present, if they are interested in all knowing more about what is going on or what might happen in future. For example, maybe two parents are thinking of moving their kid to another school, and want to know if that is a good idea. Or maybe a couple want to know what will happen if one of them takes a new job and they have to decide between relocating or having a long-distance relationship. I just read a mention of NWTS on a different thread and wondered about it. I went in 2019 and 2020 ... I wanted to go this year but I had just moved house and things were too topsy turvy to get away. This was the first year with the new owners. How was it? What did you like best or least? Was it similar to past years or different?

Our yearly Sacred Days of Yule thread is now open. I'm a little late this year, but there's plenty of time to come check it out and claim a reading post. Hello there! After one year, i decided to start studying the minor arcanas, but i'm so confused on how and where. Any advices?

I did a reading on myself about my near future. I got 2 of pentacles, lovers in reversed with 2 of cups in reversed, and then ace of cups in reversed. Lovers & 2 of cups in reversed clarified by 4 of wands in reversed and 3 of swords in reversed. I am a beginner in reading tarot cards and I find it hard to read this spread. If needed I am currently single.

Is there a way to determine in what part of your life an event will occur? Let's say it comes out of your reading that you will experience a financial windfall and you would like to know from which direction it is coming. Or you will receive some bad news. Or where will I meet my future partner. Like when you read your horoscope and you have work, love and health. I could see pentacles as work, cups as family/friends. What about arts for example? I just wrote this for my personal tarot journal but thought others might enjoy it. If I've posted in the wrong place, I apologize in advance! I've been drawing a single card every day for a few weeks now and yesterday I drew the Devil. This was at 6:00 am so I thought, "Well, my day is shot." I was wrong. I bought this deck a few year ago. It is a reproduction deck, not the original. It is really nice quality deck with good quality stock and colourful printing. Each cards are exactly same as the original cards. I used to have a battered original Thomson Leng deck before this reproduction was bought. But the original deck was sold. Cannot recall how much it was sold for - not much due to poor condition with the age wear on each cards.
