When asking about how someone sees you, what does the Tower mean? I can see it saying that the person sees you are someone who brings disruption in to their lives. You are completely different than what they expected. What else could it mean?

The tower card as an outcome Tower RV- averting disaster, delaying disaster or imprisonment.

Hi all. This is my first time here and first time posting, and I'm fairly new to tarot. Two of Wands came up in a reading I did recently, and based on its placement and the story forming around it, it suddenly occurred to me that it was Two of Fire and could be interpreted as Twin Flames. I'd love to hear if anyone else has had this feeling about Two of Wands.

In Lenormand, we have the Dog to show loyalty. Anchor can also show steadfast which is similar. In Tarot we have cards that show betrayal. 10 Swords is the obvious and extreme example. The older versions of Hanged Man reference the punishment for betrayal in Renaissance Italy and thus show disloyalty. Moon, a negative Magician, Devil might all touch upon manipulation and betrayal. Hello everybody, the Knight of Cups is probably one of those cards I had more trouble with. I think I didn't really understand how to interpret this guy in readings. Once I interpreted him as a peacemaker ,another time he was representing an artist, more precisely a musician. In terms of love instead he happened to point to unrequited love or being too immature for a love relationship. However, I still have a hard time deciphering this Knight, especially in terms of advice. What do you guys think? Thank you so much.

With all the discussion around the 3 of Swords, it has me curious what cards others feel most often could represent a DNS experience. I am thinking the 3S, 9S, 10S, maybe the 9W, 10W, and possibly the 5P and the 5C. Obviously context is everything. I am curious if there are cards that clue you into that energy.

Hello... If we look at the basic most meaning of the cards, which cards talk about 'physical travel'? Recently a reader names three cards which according to her were 'travel cards'. She did not rely much on the imagery but just the basic meaning of the cards to tell me I might be travelling soon. Does someone have a list of any such 'travel cards'?

I was reading something recently, and it's about math and linguistics and very out of my league (Bertrand Russell), but when I was trying to understand "double negation" I thought of some of the things I read about the fool reversed. As @Marigold and I (and others) were discussing here: The Cardinal (aka Pagan) and Theological (aka Ecclesiastical) Virtues in the standard Major tarots are incomplete, although in some early decks they are present in their entirety (see the Minchiate). We have a few of them, but not all. What happened to the rest? Were they subsumed over time by other cards? In the RWS deck the Queen of Cups is staring at the elaborate container in which she holds on to at the shore of the waters. I notice that the container has "angel wings" on it, does the Queen know what's inside the container? Is there a mystery there? What do you think is inside that container? I started the Halloween/Reading Group yesterday. I decided to turn over one card a day. Today I did the 2nd card: The Rats in the Basement - The secrets you keep from yourself. I pulled the Wheel of Fortune in the Housewives Tarot. Now how would you guys interpret the Wheel of Fortune as secrets I keep from myself? I get the card: luck, change, ups and downs. I've always had a rocky relationship with The Empress and can never quite figure out what she's trying to tell me... What are your thoughts on the wheel of fortune and 6 of cups together? These two seem to be following me around lately and pop up in different spreads regarding different topics, always the wheel followed by 6 of cups. For me the wheel of fortune signifies a change, a movement, the wheel has started to turn and change is coming. 6 of cups references the past, friendships and other relationships. 6 of cups followed by the wheel I would say it would signified leaving the past behind.
