@DanielJUK Good luck next time! I kept two tabs open on my browser, one for the main Etsy shop page and another for the item's page. Made sure all my details were correct, used a credit card (Paypal opens up a new pop up window for me to verify, so I went the credit card route to shave off time) and clicked on the "Buy now" button.

Thank you, @DanielJUK! ♡ I read that some updates to Etsy caused others to miss out because the listing didn't show up for them! I was already on Fyodor's shop, but just kept hitting the ⬅︎ and ➡︎ buttons repeatedly. Not sure what the others did, and maybe I was just lucky! I hope you get one on his third drop.

Going to give it a go, they kill the exact link between drops but last time it suddenly became active again so going to his shop and the product link when it goes active 🤞

So for future reference, @DanielJUK you were completely correct that the item link, which had been unlisted/unavailable, suddenly went live at the appropriate time. 

 

Fyodor has said the next drop is in September.

unfortunately it didn't go my way 😭

so they do just use the same link for the deck, it only goes online at the top of the hour.

 

my order was complicated, I wanted 2 decks, one for me and one for gregory. Fyodor said there was a limit of 4 decks you can buy or something like that. So I was ready and poised!

 

Went to the deck link but problem. You can only get one quantity and click buy it now on etsy as the default, if you want more than one quantity you have to go to the basket, it wouldn't let me buy it buy it now because there are multiple postages / tax quantities or something 😞 So I moved the pull down menu to 2 and went to basket and it was out! I timed this on my computer clock, the deck was sold out in 60 secs!

 

I am frustrated but each time I find out more info for the next! 😆

 

I think I have to buy one deck at a time and just click on BUY NOW instantly. there is simply no way in the timings to get 2!

 

I think there are a few drops to come including the next in Sept, so I just have to go immediately and buy it now on one deck but do it over 2 drops!

 

This feels like a challenge that I won't be beaten on, I shall eventually get you one @gregory ❤️

 

But everyone's excellent advice here is perfect for getting it. you just cannot get more than one or add to the basket, you just won't get a copy in the 60 secs of time!

@gregory the buy now way of paying, isn't instant like on amazon. You have to confirm your address and credit card (I only have one of each on there!). I worked very fast on getting one deck sorted and bought and had a second tab but after finishing one deck buying process it was already out of stock. I am pleased to get one though 😊. Anyway I will send you on the first deck, I don't mind if I have to get a mass market version and know this version will mean more to your collection ❤️. I know how to get a deck fast there now and so will will wait for the next drop for mine

💞 NO @DanielJUK 💞; I am quite happy with a MM one as I said PAGES ago. And you are a lot younger than I am - the LE one will have longer to be with you as its owner than it will with me. IF you get one in the next drop, I'll take that off you - but not this one that you have worked hard for.

🤣 okay you persuaded me, I shall take this one but will try and get you the next one. There are a few drops left anyway so hopefully I will nabb you one 🙂

 

Some people have complained they had technical difficulties with this drop and Fyodor has posted on his social media upset by what happened (I guess he gets everyone complaining directly to him). It seems like people had payments locked. I looked through the comments on the post and I think it's people who put it in the basket and then couldn't check out (this happened to me like 2 drops ago!). I think etsy allocates the allowance (100 decks) when people actually have checked out on the deck and paid for it, when 100 are paid for they just shut it down! So if it's in your basket it has ended and you cannot proceed further.

 

My order has gone through, it's posted on my credit card already (I went to check) and I have a order receipt and everything. So fingers crossed 🤞 my order is okay.

 

Because a lot of people seemed to not be able to pay this time, he has promised to do 100 decks much sooner when he has worked out what happened this time around. Again I think it's people adding it to the basket and not checking out immediately! You have to use the BUY IT NOW option 🙂

Yes - I've got caught out on etsy saving things in my basket - even ORDINARY things (the last was a singing mask - as in a covid mask you can sing in - I wanted a particular colour, but...) - and deciding to pay in a few days and - poof ! It's NOT his fault, Tell him to point that out on FB.

 

And thanks heaps - but don't delay a holiday for me, or anything !
