So I really am in love with Lenormand and don't want to half-ass it. The two texts that I'm using as my base (A. Boroveshengra and R. George) along with other things I've read and cast aside all seem to agree on one thing: learning the order of the cards is very important and a solid foundation not to be skipped. So, I've decided to do nine cards at a time and make a little story and thought that it would be really fun to see what others create, too. So, for the first nine cards in their proper order I have the beginning of a very short story. It will help me to write these four sentences multiple times instead of the words and their number over and over.

A rider named Clover took a ship to reach his house built in a tree. From it he could see clouds above, a snake below, and  inside it was a coffin with a bouquet on its lid.

This looks like a great exercise! I don’t currently have my cards to hand, but I’ll definitely have a go at this when I’m able 🙂

It was time to harvest his crops with the scythe, and he worked hard so that he could avoid the whip of his boss. As he worked he heard birds singing and a child playing. He looked up and saw a fox and bear over in the next field. Night fell and the stars came out. As he went home, he spotted a stork in the nearby pond. His dog was very happy to welcome him back.

Like a Tower he stood strong and tall with this air of officialness about him and a sense of morality yet he was open to people and often enjoyed taking walks in Garden and Park areas with people known to him - so as to be surrounded by others when he wanted their company.

He was indeed a gentleman that liked his own space and would retreat to his Mountain cabin, when he could, to block out the entire world. In doing this he quite literally had to take a Crossroad or two, but it gave him time to consider different options and to deal with any dilemmas going on with his work and personal life which at times meant compromises having to be made.

Now and then unwanted nuisances like country Mice would get into the food storage of his cabin which added a bit of stress and anxiety, but as he had such a good Heart and a soft spot for all creatures great and small - he would try to make it work. A Ring he wore on his right hand that once belonged to his father always reminded him of the promise he made to be kind and thoughtful to others which in turn extended to animals. He was indeed a stickler for keeping his word and promises which also meant he fulfilled both work and personal obligations to the best of his ability.

Alas, unlike some however,  he wasn't known to be an open Book as some things he liked to keep to himself, but not to be secretive or malicious, but to be self protective.

This was a man that was likely to put his most deepest thoughts in writing and would find himself writing a Letter or three, to himself in the future, and/or sometimes his closest friends. Sometimes this would be done in the form of pen to paper or through actual emails. He most definitely had a flare for writing so made it his business to keep a personal journal and to write most days.

l will give it a go but I don’t have DownUnders skills to also work keywords in.

There once was a man who was in love with a woman named Lily. She was the sun and the moon of his existence and literally held the key to his soul. Sadly his family did not approve of her. They told him there were other fish in the sea but since she was the anchor of his reality their dislike for her was a huge cross he must bear.
