Can't Upgrade Subscription

When I try to upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription I get an error message, it says error EX0 in the bottom right corner.

@MarieBernard, it looks like I can do a cancel/refund on the back end, which may allow you to select a different subscription.  Let me know if you'd like to do that, or if you wanted to wait the month out instead (as it renewed 6/30!)

@Little Fang It's still giving me, "Something went wrong," with the error code listed as EX0.
