I have this same problem – I changed my email address and I am not getting the confirmation email. Now when I am signed in it doesn’t let me access anything and I had to sign out just to get here to write this message.

I had the same problem initially but tried again a few days later and was fine.

Some people have had to wait a few days for stone reason, but Pinging @Little Fang

Mel82, please provide more description as to what is happening.  Is it denying your birthday?  Is it email?
