Forest of Enchantment and Badgers Forest would top my list.  I might add Songs for the Journey Home, Vision Quest, and Wheel of Change.

Way Home Tarot

Tarot for Kids

True Heart Intuitive Tarot

Luna Sol Tarot

Anecdotes Tarot

If the tag is cottagecore I don't think Tarot in Wonderland qualifies; it's really not cottagecore. 'Cozy' is more workable in that case, IMO.

Cottagecore is perhaps not quite right - when I looked at the aesthetic, it had a lot more frills and floofy gauzy dresses than I was expecting. Cozy is a good term, I think.

Decks that should definitely fit, imo:
Botanical Inspirations
Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle
Witches Wisdom Tarot
Considerate Cat Tarot

Some decks that might fit but I'm not sure:
A little more fantasy, but still vintage/cozy - the Victorian Fairies Tarot, which is of course OOP. Maybe the Mystical Faerie Tarot, too.
Seed and Sickle Oracle, maybe, although that might be too modern looking?
All of the Telluric Decks - Telluric Tarot, Telluric Runes, etc.

We could ask @stephanelli if she could add a tag to the library and with these suggestions. I think more people would understand cozy rather than cottagecore in our members but it's a good idea 😀

If anyone has any deck suggestions in this genre, do feel free to post in this thread

Thanks for pinging me Daniel!

I think this is a great idea - I think the tag "cozy" (or "cosy" if you're British...) will fit better in the library and be easier for people to search.

Keep adding your suggestions here and I'll go through and tag the relevant decks in the library.

I'm in the middle of being away right now, so I won't be able to do anything on this for another week!

Warm and friendly - Gummi Bears   Not sure if you'd count it as cozy and earthy though - but I love them  LOL

I have a Peanuts deck, pretty cozy 🙂

I'm not sure if Peanuts and Gummi Bears quite fits  the cottage-cosy theme - they both feel quite contemporary to me in various ways. Super cute and friendly, but not 'cosy'. I'm thinking more along the lines of kindly crafter/librarian/witch living in English thatched cottage backing onto a forest, gathering herbs, big pots of tea, fireplace crackling, candles and old hardback books, hound at your feet.  It's definitely a 'ymmv' kind of topic though and that's totally fine, and perhaps better to be inclusive rather than leave out the deck that is Just What Someone Is Looking For.... happy to leave it in Stephanelli's capable hands to make the decision of what fits!

(and yes please to English spelling for this theme, I think).

I'd considered the (Dugan) Witches' Tarot and (Kenner) Wizards' Tarot, as both have some nice backgrounds and cloaks and such, but they are also both rather modern and crisp - like a modern 'high fantasy' movie more than a historical, beautiful in their own way but not really evoking the warmth I'm looking for.

So that definitely sounds more like cottage core, as you've described it, as opposed to 'cozy/cosy', which I think would have a broader inclusion that contemporary decks could easily fit into.

In terms of 'Cottage Core' I'd say for the things listed, these fit that:

Green Witch Tarot
Witches Wisdom Tarot

Everyday Witch Tarot

Anecdotes Tarot

Forest of Enchantment - this is a maybe, it has a more general 'fantasy' vibe, but IMO a lot of cottage core elements in the cards with people

The rest are more properly plant and animal or modern/contemporary decks, less 'cottage core' in that sense. Cozy, though, they'd probably just about all fit for that.

So did you mean the kind of deck that gave you that feeling, or the kind of deck that this kindly person might use?

I would have described myself as fairly kindly, a crafter and a witch. I had tiles not thatch, but lived in a tiny hamlet (not even a church) among the fields, I gathered herbs and had lots of tea pots, had a real fire crackling, lots of books and even, yes, old dogs by my feet.

But in that state of wisdom(?) I sure as anything didn't use cozy, earthy friendly decks.

I knew that nature was red in tooth and claw. I knew that things die in order for other things to live. I knew that winter cold and old age was harsh.

(By the way - I have no idea what 'ymmv' means?)

I think you might mean a deck whose visuals give you a particular feel? But what you imagine is not necessarily is real.

Don't quite know why I thought it was important to mention that, but there you go. I struggle with concepts that overlay the real lives of people with fantasy maybe?

Best wishes to you

Oh I understand that entirely, about reality, you're right, of course. I live in the country - not in England - and yes, it's harsh, things die, it's either drought and fire or endless rain and aching bones and the dust in the summer and woodsmoke and ash in the winter. Trying to get anything to grow is a battle. I've stopped commenting on those social media posts where people talk about getting a few acres and 'retiring' to a hobby farm.

Certainly a cutesy aesthetic has never generally been part of my practice but I'm in full escapist mode right now. So I beg your indulgence 🙂

But what I'm looking for here is a particular feel and it's a sweet fantasy - hence 'cottagecore' and 'cosy'.  Tropes abound. I was looking at decks that portray the fantasy, like the  Forest of Enchantment, or might be part of the set dressing, like some herbal decks on vintage paper.

'YMMV' means 'your mileage may vary', internet shorthand for something along the lines of 'this works for me and I understand it may not work or may work differently for you'
