Hi everyone, I'm LunarRose (Sarah).  I am really struggling to find willing volunteers to practice on and am really looking forward to gaining further insights on this forum 😀.  Please say hi!

If it volunteers you need, after you get 5 posts you can offer oracle, lenormand,  divination, and course tarot. 

When I started out I found the majority of my readings were live readings, so out of boredom I challenged myself by 

 

1. Trying out differnt spreads,I was only using the old celtic cross at the beginning. Slowly I let go of some of my assumptions  like a spread needed ten cards, 

 

2. Reading on differnt topics, like past lives, innerchild, Alien abductions. 

 

The rest you just have to find out.. 

We do have a rule now about third party readings.. it is announcement section. 

Also the main thing is for me,not to tire yourself out doing reading after reading lol.

Hi Raggydoll, I am fairly new I've been learning for a few months now.  I feel like u am getting the hang of it and have quite a good grasp on the card meanings.  I just need practice 😀

Thanks Holmes 😄, I am quite good making up my own spreads on the spot for my own questions, let's see how we go for people I know nothing about.  I love your suggested topics for readings.  I will check out the rules now.

As others have said, there are a lot of reading for others options here. We ask people to get to 5 posts as an anti spam measure and it makes the reading areas are a little more private and closed off from the public view online.

 

When you have 5 posts you are welcome to start an exchange in any of the areas you want to read with, tarot, oracles, different sections. You can make the exchange thread how you like, I want to use this deck and do this reading and max of 5 readings (Just an example). So you offer readings and people who ask for one, must give you feedback! We will enforce this as people must give back.

 

The other option is we have monthly reading circles. They also need 5 posts and are all different, they have a different spread or activity in each. You are paired with a random forum member and read in your own thread. They launch for signing up in the first days of every month and close after the first week. So September's are well underway! If you are interested in them, look out for them in early October 😀

Welcome to the forum. And yes, as @DanielJUK says - there are circles of all kinds as well as simple exchanges. Circles have set tasks each time, which can be quite useful for a focus.

Oh wow, I never thought about readings about aliens. That's a really good idea, I think.
