Magician as Love Outcome

I'm struggling to understand the meaning of the Magician card in the outcome position of a love reading.   

 

Could it be about manifestation and creation. That the querent needs to be clear about what they wish for and can make it happen. 

 

Any thoughts appreciated.

My immediate thought is, of course, that it is all in context to the rest of the cards and their positions.
 

That said, my second thought was about self-love. To really love someone we must love ourselves first, truly love and respect what we bring to the table for the Highest Good of All. Are the gifts, talents, abilities, experiences, etc. of querent or other person being expressed as a blessing or a curse?

 

To go along with that and relating to your interpretation, yes, IMO, if The Magician is clear (emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually) about what they love, than they will create that for themselves.

 

I look forward to hearing how others respond to your question.

Maybe I was better off posting  the entire spread in the readings section. I've got this card twice as the outcome card about same person and I guess I was interested in particular in it. 

 

Your comments are most helpful.   It is so true what you say about self-love and the question you ask is definitely one to reflect on.

Hi, The Magician simply says anything is possible, because the querent has all the necessary skills to get the relationship they want, but it's up to them to use these skills. Any approach can work out, the querent only has to choose one.

Definitely about manifestation and action. The Magician is very pragmatic and holds all the tools in the cards, they have knowledge from past relationships to make things happen now. This could be good for manifesting a relationship or meeting someone by going out dating and meeting people, it's actions which give the best chance of a love outcome.

 

But I would also say that the Magician can take on the other cards in a reading. If you read reversals, this is clearer because the reversed Magician is a con man. If you only use uprights, some people often have quite negative views about him but I am not sure whether that is fair. But if the rest of the cards in the reading are negative, this is a person who should not be trusted. This is a card which is very much about context. Does the Magician pull a rabbit out of the hat, do they make the relationship happen and all about manifestation or are all about manipulation for their own ends.

 

I would say it's a positive sign to the outcome unless the other cards are not positive in the love reading.

If the querent was asking about a specific person and this is the outcome card does the querent need to take some kind of action if they want to make things happen with this person? Not passively waiting. Assuming other cards are positive.

Sorry missed responding to this. This is tricky without seeing the whole reading @Jasmine.

But the outcome could be about taking action, how can she manifest what she wants with the person? But also the Magician could be seeing through someone, like they have worked it all out. But ultimately the outcome is do something active about the situation.
