So last year in autumn I ordered the Horror Tarot by Insight Editions because this women loves herself horror based anything including decks. The cards came perfect. Call me nit picky even whiny but my decks booklet is unusable. They reprinted the same page through the whole book which makes me very sad, while i don't rely on deck booklets sometimes they have given me new perspectives on card meanings that never occurred to me. Does anyone by chance have a pdf of the booklet or even page pictures?  Thank you so much in advance.

In the first instance, try asking the seller for a replacement as it clearly isn't what you paid for. Failing that you need to contact the publisher and ask for a replacement. Or the distributor - Simon and Schuster.. There is no legit pdf that I know of, and it would be a breach of copyright to create one.

Okay thank you! I will definitely give it a try.

Very few deck publishers produce an digital / online version of the booklet as they don't want to feed the pirated decks, where there often isn't one included. Especially not on mass-produced decks, some self-published decks have a pdf download but that is to save them printing them hehe.

But @gregory is right about that chain of contact. It's not a fit for purpose deck as sold, contact the seller first and you will need to return the whole deck. If it's too long ago or they refuse, contact the publisher. They tend to be quite kind in sending out something wrong or missing to customers 🙂

I once bought the Wild Unknown book from a small online shop here in the UK and it had the same 2 pages printed on every double page throughout 😬 The seller was really kind and helpful and I sent it back and she sent out a second copy but every book was sealed in plastic wrap. She had no idea if many of them had a printing fault or if I was just a one-off. The second one was perfect though as I opened it nervously. The shop owner said she would send the misprinted ones back to the publisher for a refund. But she might have more customers with my problem in the future. Printing mistakes happen, it's well known and they will usually sort it out.
