Tower as how someone sees you/ feels about you.

I once had The Tower show up in a reading for a young man who wanted to understand the dynamics in his workplace and his chances of advancing. The Tower was in the position of how he relates to his manager (feelings and perception). After elaborating on its meaning, he revealed to me that he had recently learned that this person was in the early stages of an incurable neurological disease. Quite a shake-up on several levels.
