Hello everybody, today I'd like to ask you for some clues about the 3 of Wands in terms of job hunting. In particular, I'd like to know how this card can be interpreted as advice, especially when you keep on sending your CV, but get no answer.

Does it mean "just wait and see" or there's another message I'm missing?

Thank you so much.

Apply to jobs which expand your horizons, maybe outside your comfort zone and / or your current role / level. There is a high chance you could get higher opportunities with this card.

Also there is an international aspect of this card, look at overseas or outside your current town opportunities. This could be for international companies as well.

Edited to add: if you are applying and not getting responses, this card says to expand your search in areas / roles / places to search.

Just some ideas

Thank you @DanielJUK, yes, what you say makes sense actually.

I agree with Daniel that the 3W is about expansion. What I would add is expansion in many ways including thoughts and beliefs, possiblities of all different options of teaching as someone (joyous girl?) shared in your personal reading thread, and maybe even the possibility of doing something else entirely. Giving up on that completely after only trying one other kind of position, office work, may not be enough trial of other options available to you.

I’m super late to this discussion, but I’ve actually gotten the 3W in a career reading before. I had been applying for jobs, but an incident happened at my then current job that made me worry I’d get fired. So I did a reading to try and figure out if I was going to get fired. I got the 3W, and I read it as, don’t even worry about it, your previous efforts (the “ships” or job applications you sent out will return and bear fruit). I got a new job (a better one) within a few weeks of the reading.

So as advice, I’d say it means keep submitting applications, and eventually one of those ships will return with goods or loot, I guess depending on the type of ship. 😉
