It is the last of the numeric disk cards, and last minor card of the numeric cards if you are going in order Ace thru Ten of each suit, in elemental or YHVH order of Wands-Cups-Swords-Disks. And it is the exact opposite to the actual last card of the zodiac, Pisces decan 3. So the card has a definite hint of endings and legacies. In the northern hemisphere, you're nearing the Autumn Equinox. (In the southern, nearing the Vernal/Spring Equinox.) Since the Golden Dawn Society, Waite, & Crowley had Autumn in mind, for the sense of wealth and investing I think of storing what we've harvested during the easier times for future use during winter. In a lot of ways, I find the GD/Waite/Thoth to share themes with pagan 'wheel of the year' decks due to following these decans.
