TinySpark Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I'd like to start jotting down my thoughts on tarot, but I'm not sure which medium to use. Any thoughts on the differences between a TT&M private blog, public blog, and library journal thread?
DanielJUK Posted January 8 Posted January 8 A blog gives you lot of writing features to journal. However they are public on the net. They are a part of the forum but also separate from the forum threads and sections and we cannot change the visibility as it's part of the forum software. The private version let's you list which forum members you want to see the blog, it doesn't really work so well here. A Journal is your own thread in the main forum area. This has privacy, like the reading areas, members have to have 5 posts and to be logged in to read it. It has the same posting option as a regular thread or post. If you want to post private readings or personal info about yourself, we recommend journals. They are aimed as being a private space to use as you want. You can specify if you want members commenting on the thread or not. It tells you more about it all here
