What is the fifth element?

Is there anyone how knows what the fifth element is in the picture?

I think the 5th element is spirit. This is the 5th element in Western Alchemy, also called Aether / Ether or Quintessence. In the Chinese system and astrology, the 5th element is metal but I think it looks like spirit here.
