I was reading Raggydoll’s thread where she, or Akiva, was using the Stretch Tarot and started looking into it.  I found the artist’s site and his link to a POD (print-on-demand) for the deck and then I spent several weeks contemplating the purchase.  

 

I have an opportunity now to get that deck.  To those of you who have it and have used it, please enable me!

I have used that deck A LOT over the years, and I have found that it reads well and that it adds something special that none of my other decks has. I personally use it for spirit work/mediumship readings, past life explorations and that sort of thing. I rarely use it for everyday type of readings, but thats just a personal preference.

It's lovely collaging of vintage images in the Stretch and I bought it from him and later on I bought some kickstarters and he seems to be a genuinely nice person. 

 

Also he really thinks about diversity of the people in the images 🙏

I think I saw you say that in your thread (that you have a specific use for it) and while those things are not necessarily my focus (if it happens it happens) I liked the images that you showed.

I like the diversity aspect and that pretty much cinched the deal for me. Off the top of my head, I don’t think I have any decks that are collage so this will make a nice addition.  Thank you both.  I’ve ordered it!

I see that you've already picked the Fiorentine. It's a gorgeous deck, but Al Cigno is breathtaking in its own crude, unrefined way, it complements Fiorentine's elegance, and it also reads like a dream. Besides, only a person of titanic willpower can buy one Minchiate and stop. Just sayin' 😈

I got Etruruia 1725 by Il Meneghello. I got it on sale or bundled it with a larger order to get free shipping --something. Il Meneghello prices can be high. Anyway, I quite like it as an historic reproduction. It has that true matte cardstock and handmade so it feels authentic even tho it's a reproduction.

 

I never quite took to reading Minchiate.  I found trying to read with it was too difficult--at least in the style i was trying to read with [Andrea Vitale method]. So I'm ok with only having one Minchiate and  I'm glad it's the Il Meneghello one.

I have been thinking about it myself. A beautiful deck and they know what they do. I won't buy it though, I have enough decks.

Buying from the US is a non-starter these days. Fees. I hope someone in the UK stocks it before they run out.

I have a contact in the US who kindly collects my purchases and brings them to Germany with them twice a year.

I don't know their travel plans but I'd be surprised if that happened in the foreseeable future. 
Though I wouldn't be surprised to see services emerging from this situation that offer a solution.
