I do get why people might assume that her account could have been hacked, but just know that she had multiple IP-addresses all this time and they all came from the same exact location. So we are sure. We do not anything unless we are absolutely, 100% sure. And even then, it still hurts.

I spoke to her myself. That is all I will say.

She must have a double personality. Very sad, thank for informing us. On my part I didn’t receive inappropriate PM (from anyone).

Sometimes people aren’t honest on the internet, and sometimes they pretend to be a certain way in certain circumstances. And sometimes they simply have a meltdown for whatever reason. These things happen. I was one of the people who got a pm by her. It contained some extremely personal and specific details, amongst a lot of vicious accusations and profanities. So it was her, no question about that. I understand that everyone is shocked and confused. But please, just let this topic rest now.
