And outlets are set into little BOXES. That might be what the cards are referring to. If not, it's still prudent to check them.

So I guess we'll have to see what PG&E finds out.  Perhaps an outlet near one of my landline phones or my computer?  Will be interesting.

PG&E cannot find the problem inside or out.  Hell they couldn't even hear it (2 young guys).  The white noise dur the day was too much I guess, even tho I cd still hear it.  It a very low bass hum-pulse.  Someone on a local forum suggested a nearby outdoor refrigeration unit (on a roof) poss fm a small grocery store.  Time to start talking to more neighbors.  Tea Table time?

Sorry that your problem isn't solved. Honestly I'm not able to have relevant insights from your spread with the Teuilas on my part.

I pulled 3 cards from my Sibilla (ammalato +Domestico Rx+Stanza Rx) , and the cards point out to something defective (ill) in a domestic environment, so this could be inside.

Look maybe near a door and overhead (not necessarily down), in the bedroom and the main room.

If it's not that it doesn't hurt to check.

Thanks for pulling the sibilla cards Decan 🙂  I have not worked w mine yet, but I pulled out the cards you did.  What exactly did you ask?  And I see 2 reversed cards, so how did you see a door or something overhead?  Is it fm the doorway and ceiling in the pictures?

I asked the same question you asked. I didn’t retain the meaning of a young man (dubious) since I understood that you excluded your neighbor in this situation and it is a "where question", but Domestico is a figure card, and look, it shows a door (from there an idea I had). I thought more overhead than down (just an idea from me too) because the two last cards are upside down. Does this resonate though?

That's what I thought, ideas fm the actual doorway in the picture of Domestico and Rx cards.  The only thing that may resonate is the idea of "overhead".  Like coming fm a distance thru the air, or perhaps overhead lines.  Unfortunately I've had all my lines checked, electrical and phone.   I am wondering if it's a hot tub running in someone's yard.  Going to go around again and ask some other neighbors about this possibility....

 

PG&E visited day before yesterday (electric co.)  They said they heard NOTHING except traffic and a siren.  NOTHING.  But on their service report which they handed me, they said the sound was "normal operating" sound.  Except they heard nothing.  So the guy lied on paper.  There is nothing normal about this new sound.  Prob going to file a complaint about their last visit....I have them coming again tomorrow w another person, hoping he will hear the low vibration which kept me up again last night.

An eviction company is now handling the next-door creepers, I found out today. 

I still have not located the source of the VIBRATION and the only thing I am considering as a new possibility is PG&E has therir main station about 4 plus blocks away.  I plan on heading over that way soon..

AND I did receive confirmation fm 2 diff utility guys who both said they could hear it too.  HA! to the neighbors who suggested I get a hearing test!  (well they're right, I should actually.)  But not for that hummmming! 

It's focusing on my place!  It's so loud I'm contemplating smoking again!  It's just non-stop tonight

But the source isn't mine. And it's getting louder and longer.  Can now hear it outside at night.  But it's much louder when it has close walls to bounce off. 

I feel I've missed something in that first draw of the cards:

                                        Jack in the Box, Fate/Querant, Box, Flowers and Butterflies, Tea Table

 

I'm about to draw another line on this!

and do one for my Bootsie.  He's not well.

But those will be tomorrow.  ❤️

Well my research has led me to the Worldwide Hum websites.  Rabbit-hole and not enough of reported noises sound quite like mine.  That said, the Vibration has gone for the last 3 nights. (???)

 

I keep contemplating the TEA TAble which mirrors the JackintheBox.

I posted on Nextdoor about this,hoping some neighbors wd know something.  I did get some interesting info.  Tea Table?

Also, I've not ruled out the creeps beside me.  Neighbors.  Tea Table?  Full of surprises too.   JitB?

 

I say this bc the last 3 nights they've been strangely quiet.  So has the HUMMMMM.

Perhaps they saw my Nextdoor post w my regular progress updates?  And the neighbors asking to keep them updated.

 

Just trying to learn fm the cards I drew.  I did not draw the Home/Hearth card.   And literally Flowers and Butterflies are outdoors.  It could still be a Grow.  Fan, lights, generator.  Neighbors with whom I've gossiped.

I may never know, but Surprise!  It has stopped for now!  And if it starts again I will hunt 'round their property like a bloodhound.

I remember seeing something about that on Unsolved Mysteries years ago. I'm not surprised that the websites didn't clear anything up. I'm not saying that people aren't hearing anything, but the subject seems to attract the same kind of people who are into things like Bigfoot sightings - more interested in perpetuating the mystery than clearing it up.

I think it's kind of like the way some of us can perceive more colors than others. Not everyone's eyes have all the cones. I remember arguing with someone that the carpet was dark green when they insisted it was brown - they had mild color blindness and didn't know it. I imagine hearing isn't that much different.

Mystery solved:  it IS the creepy neighbors and their generator.  Which they moved to the RV when it showed up!  He's been running it all the time now. 

Had a fun verbal confrontation one morning before I'd had me coffee.  They told me to stop harassing their guests. O yea, while I was arguing (the venom came out!) she called ME a crazy old cat lady and told me to get a life.  WOW  like SHE was the victim .  I called her a tweeker and then yelled out loud "elder abuse"several times for all to hear.  (I'll show her crazy hehehe)..  After that, their house noise has been quiet--amazing. I had nicely asked the guy in the RV  4x to turn it off in the wee hours and when he did, the humming stopped!  Then he runs it again the next night. 

 

So I called the other night and asked to speak to a sheriff instead of asking the tweeker again.  Cop came out and parked there.  Called me on his cell and we talked for a long time.  He got the guy to turn it off.  I will use the Sheriff fm now on.  

But will ask the cops to cite RV guy next time.  But they are loathe to making physical pat downs and arrests w the pandemic crises atm.  He also suggested we get a petition together to sue the owner for every single day of their nonsense,  Has to be documented oc.  SIGH  They were in the process of getting evicted but there may be a moratorium on that.  SIGH  

 

So Box for the generator? and Surprise box for the RV?   Also Surprise card for their lying about it?  Snake wd have worked better here.  Tea table for neighbors?  I would have like to have seen the Bees for the humming sound but that may have pointed to the high wire line so....  

These cards seemed to work both literally and symbolically for my question.  I think they did a good job too

With the Teuilas I can definitely see the generator with the box indeed!

Yes it certainly looks like the sibillas were really trying to tell us something!  And thanks for helping w that Decan.  In my heart I always felt they had something to do w the noise, tho they denied it vehemently lol.  Since I didn't see a generator I was persuaded to believe them and look elsewhere.  If they hadn't moved it to the RV on the STREET I may never have solved this.  

 

Now I am sitting in my home w a HOUSEFUL of cats wanting to go out in the sunshine.  But am worried about retaliation.  Poison food thrown over the fence, they do have an animal trap in their yard somewhere....  I will NOT put my babies in jeopardy.  They don't like cats, they hate me now, and tweeker revenge is REAL.  So my sweet darlings are forced to stay inside til they leave.  And there is NO reasoning w cats    😬     heeeeelp

 

I believe it's time for some of that HOT FOOT.
