Hi everyone!

I´m a working mum from Finland, and a big beginner with tarot.

I bought my first tarot deck a very long time ago. I have read a few books and trying to figure out the language of tarot, got stuck and then the deck has been in the drawer for a while until I start over. So now I have started over once again 😃 I was a member at the AT-forum until it shut down. At this point I´m just trying to learn the cards meaning and then getting stuck because I can´t link together one card with the next one in a reading. I think it´s best to just try to figure out the card´s meaning and then maybe later on I can make a fluent reading. Most of the time I just do a 3-card reading so that it won´t get too difficult for me, and then reflect back what the card may have meant to tell me.

At the moment I have two decks, the Archeon tarot deck and Mystic Dreamer Tarot. Usually I use my Archeon deck, feels like I know it better.

Welcome! Nice to meet you! You might want to check out our mentoring program. It’s free and pretty amazing 😊 There you could get some one-on-one tutoring on the things you find to be trickiest with tarot. Just a tip 😉

Thank you both!

I will certainly do that, @Raggydoll! I noticed the Beginners sign-up when I first looked around the forum, and that´s great that someone very smart came up with this idea, and that there are so many mentors who are willing to give their time to us beginners 🤗 I just have to figure out the forum first and then I will sign up!

I agree, smaller readings are better especially in the beginning. And very specific questions. Welcome!
