I have emailed the site and I haven't had an answer. I have also posted my question on two other tarot forums and again, still no replies or appearance of my post - is this normal in the tarot community? Does anyone ever get an answer to their questions or are these forums just set up for another purpose that I don't understand? My question is, I did a 3-card tarot reading and I got these three cards (in this order) the wheel of fortune, the tower and the six of pentacles, my question was about a death, are you or someone else able to help me interpret these cards, please? Thanks in advance.

You can read it here: Please read it, and then read the rules carefully. All will be revealed as far as how to get your post posted. As to what your cards mean, as the rules say, you have to tell us what you think before we can do the same. When you post your reading, we will need the exact question and many of us want to know the deck you used. To make sure you see replies to your posts, go to your profile and set the notifications options to the way you want them. PS - edit - we need the spread as well. Edited December 31, 2019 by Grandma

There are many free reading sites - but they won't read cards that you already drew. But if you want a free reading - that's the only way to get one. I am on at least four tarot forums; I don't know if they are the ones you have tried already, but they all have the same policy. If you keep trying to post your cards without giving your own take, you will not get answers, and your posts will remain hidden. As to the purposes of tarot forums - they are for learning and discussion, not for free readings. Edited December 30, 2019 by gregory

lottie12 Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Hello, Thanks for your replies, I kept checking and refreshing the page and I there was nothing there for hours, which is why I sent the message after several hours of refreshing the page, re-posting and nothing showing and then giving up. I had some notifications in the middle of the night (I left my computer on but went to bed) which I guess were your replies, but only one email in my forum message box and two in my personal email box. I did read the rules (https://www.thetarotforum.com/rules/) and it doesn't say anything about having to post my interpretations of the cards first, and I can see that I only posted once even though I tried several times; unless you can see all my attempts at posting? I am a complete novice and I know nothing about the cards and so I just wanted to see what other, more experience people thought of the meaning of the cards, I'm not asking for a free reading, I've already pulled the cards. Thanks

Pulling cards doesn't make a reading. Post another two posts and then you can put your question in the readings subforum. But only if you interpret the cards - and tell us the question you asked. Everyone here is learning - everyone has to do it this way.

Asking about card meanings without interpreting them first can be seen as a free reading, as pulling the cards is the easiest part. 😉 Once you hit 5 posts, you'll be able to post within the proper Reading subforums.
