Hey there,

 

I tried to log in from different devices this weekend, but it didn't work from any of them. Tried password reset too, but even though I got the "reset succesful, check inbox" status, I never got the email (not in the spam folder either, but previous PM notifications etc came in normally).

On this computer I have an active login which still works, but that's it...

 

Did anyone have similar issues?

Are you certain sure you used the right email ? (I have a friend in the same situation on another forum, who realised to her horror....) I know the email I use here is not the one I use elsewhere...

 

Also - if it is stored on your computer, have a look in your security browser settings - you can usually see them in there. ALSO - you might even be able to change it from the one you are on now, if you are correctly logged in and SURE what it is...

I only have one for private stuff (and I got notifications from the forum earlier). It's stored in my profile information here too. Don't think it was a typo either as I tried it a few times and on my phone it was an auto fill... Stored log ins are empty on all devices.

It's really strange...

 

BTW: If you click "Contact us" at the bottom, you're redirected to this subforum, but it seems you can only post here if you're logged in too. Are there any options to contact someone for assistance as a guest too?

I believe she said she only has this one account and it’s still logged in on one of her computers so that’s how she can post here, but she can’t access it anywhere else because then she has to log back in.

I am going to manually change your password, and I'm going to PM and Email you that password.  I haven't seen any other reports of not receiving the 'forgot password' email, so it may be your provider, but I opened up this forum section to guests (thank you.)  Log in as soon as you are able and change it. 🙂 Going to go do that right now.
