Inbox Subscriber Problem

I have noticed my subscriber status has changed from "legacy subscriber subscription" to subscriber with a pretty ascii sun thing to the left of it. But sadly it's not applied to inboxes! It says I am 500% over my allowance 😂 I cannot send or anything at the moment. I think it just needs a gentle adjustment but just wanted to point it out if affects anyone else ❤️ Happy New Year everyone

I'm having the same issue and I can't access the subscriber boards, either.

Oh dear. Well, I’m sure @Little Fang will fix this glitch as soon as she can 🙂

Everyone who was legacy sub has ended today (I had to manually go in and fix it) and resubs will have to be done as new subs and not renewals. If it doesn't work I'll contact support.

They're working on my internet this morning so it's hard to type LOL

Ummm were all of us who had already subscribed showing as legacy ? Because my inbox is being OK.

Some people were Legacy AND Kickstarter, so Kickstarter ends a few months later, but showing the wrong tag for who knows what reason

OK - mine still shows kickstarter but I was already subscribed at that point. I have no idea when I expire. I hope you will advise !

Not with the manually added subs, I have to remove people from those on the end date. Apparently it didn't work out as planned and now I'm waiting on support.

There's a glitch in the system somewhere and I'm showing up as having a current subscription so it won't let me renew. No worries. I'll renew when it's sorted out. 🙂

I have a life subscription with the crowdfunder, there must be about 30 other people on the forum at least who bought the same package, so not sure what happens when my subscriber group expires, I guess I have used my legacy one and now on to the new membership but still don't have the subscription features sadly, like starlight it's the boards as well as the inbox.

I fixed the issue, then once I clear that I'm going back and adding anybody who should have the lifetime. Aside from the KS year sub, this should be the last time this shinannigan happens. This forum software doesnt seem to handle subs as nicely as the other unfortunately.

I see what happened @DanielJUK, I never had you on the Lifetime plan because you didn't fill out the survey after the KS ended!  I'm fixing that right now.  Sorry about that! ❤️ (I'm glad I went back and checked it out)

😂 oh that is funny about the KS survey! At the time I read through it to make my selections but it was choosing themes to buy for the new forum and I just couldn't decide on my favourites! There was so much choice so I didn't return it because I couldn't decide on my choices! 🤣🤣 Glad you have found all the lifetime subscribers now!
