Hello everybody. I’m Bathroomwindow. Silly name for sure but since I’m a curious female Beatles fan that’s what I opted for. However, I’m not intrusive but often kindhearted, open minded and intuitive. I own a Thoth deck and I pick up the cards quite often for myself as well as I try out my reading skills with a small circle of trusted family members and friends. I do have quite a bit to learn to get into the combinations of cards which is what brought me here. Happy New Years

Thank you @joy 😊 it comes to mind that I read something by a Danish psychic more than 20 years ago. She stated that even though Beatles did kick start a rise in spiritual awareness to her Oasis seemed to do the same, just much faster and even more influential. I don’t agree or disagree but I just wish I could find the quote and then ask her to elaborate her viewpoints 🙂

Thank you @Saturn Celeste Actually passed by earlier. A little overwhelmed but again the Thoth deck is pretty much just that. Can you point to a specific thread there which is interesting and comprehendable for a newbie? Thank you.

Beatles -- bathroom window and 'Oasis' ... I am totally lost here.  I've lived with little reference to popular culture for most of my life and I feel fine.  I know the Beatles were a popular band.  That's about it.

I’ll be the first to admit that my username is silly but bathroom window comes from a Beatles song called: ‘She came in through the bathroom window’ and the text concerns a female fan who actually entered Paul McCartney’s house, no surprise through the bathroom window and stole some of his private/personal belongings such as photos. Not a nice thing to do and not my thing at all but I sort of like the image of it. It is curiousity, keen interest and love, however in a twisted way. And so Manchester-based rockband Oasis with the two infamous Gallagherbrothers in front came into the limelight in the 90’s and they saw themselves a bit like the Beatles reborn - they referere a lot to them in their lyrics and they were both controversial and conservative I’d say - and then I was just surprised to read a statements by this Danish psychic (Birgit Klein) some 20 years ago, that she saw Oasis as delivering an important spiritual message as the Beatles had done 30-35 years before - Oasis just had a much faster energy than the Beatles so to her the former band would influence people more. Don’t know if this is interesting or not the least but there you go 😊
