I think it’s peculiar if we ended up in the last batch of deliveries since she divided it into two groups based on how quickly you sent your number. Me and you gregs both sent it to her immediately and got confirmation really quickly so it doesn’t make sense that we would have to wait. Oh well.

At times the tracking can look weird but the package is still on its road; I think this can happen while a lost package is something rarer. I hope it's that. Fingers crossed for you!

I just spoke to Avalon and have learned that anyone who hasn’t received their tracking numbers by now is in the second batch and she is still waiting to hear from the printers about the tracking numbers for those remaining decks (about half of all the decks). So it will take a bit longer.

I have seen other people comment that there were issues with their postal codes and/or a lack of country codes for their cellphone numbers. I think those things have affected the process. I’m sure it will be figured out though. Worst case they will surely be able to ship it to the address/number registered even if it comes up as having inconsistencies. People need to be responsible for the information they give out. If someone typed their number/address wrong then ultimately it’s their own fault. I also believe there were some folks that pretended like they had bought the deck when they hadn’t and that lead to wasted time, trying to solve their missing data. What can you say. People..

Well I just went back and checked - and my address is correct and the country code for my phone is there - it's a landline.

Yeah, there were no issues with my data either. But the few that had issues were all lumped in with the last batch so the last half of the decks are/were held up a bit while they figured out those things. So it was not that all numbers in the second batch had issues, only a few of them. I think its 500+ decks that are still to be sent out. Ours are among those and since its the weekend we won't hear anything from the printers for a while. I am okay with that. Just knowing that my order is in the second batch and that they are going to send it out as soon as possible, that's fine with me. I think the chinese printers have done a really good job so far and I have not heard anyone complain about damaged packages etc. So that's promising.

It has arrived! @gregory you’ll be pleased to know it escaped extra customs charges. It spent about a week sitting in ‘custom clearance’. It feels really good quality but the cards will need their own little pouch.

And it was such a cool synchronicity that the deck arrived as we were on zoom together, so now I have seen tangible proof that this deck really exists 😄 Hopefully the rest of us will get ours soon too!

That’s the weird thing - the label was a normal Royal Mail 48hr tracked one and looks like it came from a forwarding company in the U.K. 

It looks like there is another label underneath but I can’t prise them apart.

I bet mine will get stuck in customs. I don't think they ever make exceptions these days. (Except that one time with the spirit keepers tarot. And that ended up with no deck at all, so yeah...)

That usually happens with things from China. I got one the other day - they bulk mail to a hub and then... Printerstudio does it via Germany, for instance.

Woo-hoo!!! 🎉 Mine also says out for delivery today! Can hardly believe we are receiving our decks on the Autumn Equinox! 💛 (Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself by saying that!)

 

Really hoping everyone gets their tracking, and more importantly their decks, very soon. It sounds like quite a few people are receiving their decks before they get any tracking, so anything is possible. Rooting for everyone's here to come soon!!!
