Hello new friends! In my tarot journey, I am going by Epsilon and I use she/her/hers pronouns. I chose Epsilon as my username because I am a math PhD student and Greek letters like epsilon and delta remind me of math! I've been learning to read tarot for two weeks now, after feeling drawn to purchase a deck at the start of the new year. When I was in middle school I also had a (different) tarot deck but never built a habit of reading. I'm an intuitive empath and a clairvoyant. I also occasionally see spirits though I don't know how to interact with them. I am new to all of this. I made this account a few weeks ago and never got around to introducing myself -_-. I'm Illyse, I started tarot roughly a year ago and have been slowly picking up classes here and there as well as decks that call to me. It's been a process, but the journey has been an appreciated distraction from the pandemic. Hi, have just joined. Have been into the Tarot for quite a long time, but also Spiritualism and Psychic subjects. Is there anywhere on the forum I can post a Spread that I have done with feedback on what the cards mean in each house astrology spread. I did the spread for a friend but I am too close I think I can grasp some aspects but would like others views on it. It is not asking for a reading.

So iv always have been drawn to tarot ever since i was a kid and had a free pack of tarot cards on a magazine. All though as an adult iv never jumped into it. Never new were to source cards from, didn’t want to buy on line with out holding them etc. Iv ended up buying some counterfeit decks unbeknown to me due to my lack of knowledge and research, I saw them in my local well being shop and I felt I strong connection so got them. I've read book after book, Tried readings on myself, have a lot of decks, and am determined to be able to do readings someday. I struggle with the story telling part. I subscribed to this just after AT shut down but I haven't been back in to chat. Have to admit, I'm just usually tooooooooo busy. I started tarot about a year ago and have a lot of curiosity about so much. My approach is fairly secular, believing in tarot's ability to show new ways to think about situations; hook Into the syncronicity of life, offer new challenges. In day to day use I like Visconti-Sforaza. My collection in general has grown very big. I prefer historical decks to modern decks. The history and variation is quite exciting.
