salutations. I am happy š to be here. I found this forum while searching for "not" Rider Waite tarot interpretations. I just.do not connect with them. I also avoid Thoth inspired and Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (Free Mason's and Aleister Crowley). I do have a runic tarot deck that I like. Also, the Illuminated Tarot by Caitlin Keegan. I also like my.Dragon Oracle cards by Dana Cooper. The others are headed to the yardsale pile What else is left? Any suggestions for original decks that are not derived or inspired by the above? TIA!

I am new to this forum. Up until 3 years ago I frequented another similar forum until it shut down. Hope to find this one a nice experience.

Thank you for your accepting my registration. I signed up after hearing good things about this place and I am looking forward to both reading and discussing different aspects of divination and fortune telling. In terms of divination I primarily work with the Tarot de Marseille, the Petit Lenormand and astrology (I focus on the Hellenistic-Persian period and use a Sidereal Zodiac). However I do also read the Belline, Tarot Persan, Triade Oracle. Up until recently, I had a blog (lost everything!) and most people know me as Andy B/AndyBC.

Hi everyone, I am a complete newbie to tarot reading and would love to find a community that can support me on my tarot journey. I had my cards read a few years ago and they suggested I tapped into my spiritual side more and so (although a little late) I thought Iād give it a go! Iām currently learning to interpret the cards and so Iām doing a card a day at the moment. Since doing this though my dreams have become really vivid!! would love to find some like-minded people to share interpretations with so I can see if Iām on the right track!!

Hello! I've been studying tarot for a couple of years now but I've never been part of a tarot community. I'd like to change that and have a place where I can discuss my love for tarot and oracle cards with like-minded people. š Have a good day, everyone!

Hi everyone, nice to meet you. I'm here to learn and share insights on tarot, specifically RW, as that's the one I principally use. (I also have the Golden Visconti major arcana set and the starseed oracle deck - I often use these as additional or overarching cards alongside a RWS spread). Reading the tarot this year has brought me back the spark that I have been missing for so long. It's opened up my creative thinking, my imagination and my intellectual curiosity. And it's a wonderful therapy tool š I find that I have quite a talent for reading cards for other people. I've started regularly doing it for some colleagues now! But reading for myself I sometimes…

Hello, I used to be OK and reading cards, not that that often and many years ago. I had a reading with my usual psychic around three weeks ago and she told me I needed to develop my spiritual self. So here I am, looking to learn and share within a safe and welcoming space

Hi everyone, I'm new here.š„° I feel like this forum has a great vibe! I want to learn something about Marseille Tarot. Although I'm busy with work and non-native English speaker, I'll try to be active so that I can participate in monthly activities soon.

I'm glad to be a part of this community. I am new here and would like to do tarot exchanges. I am currently trying to deepen my knowledge of the tarot meanings, and am always finding new correlations. I'd love to see what everyone's takes on the cards are. I've been reading tarot for about 16 years now. But I am by no means an expert lol. I think there is always something new to learn. I love to collect tarot and oracle cards. I haven't counted my cards before, maybe I should do that soon š§ I know I have 20+ at this point. I only use about 2-3 decks consistently though and one I use everyday. I would love to learn cartomancy as well, I think that would be really fun.…

I just started using forums, as I purchased my first tarot deck - Mystic Mondays by Grace Duong. I started doing tarot when my spouse and I were going through a rough patch, and it helped me obtain some guidance with the relationship and where we were headed. Right now, I'm trying to locate some spreads to find my missing engagement ring. It was in it's box on the 3rd, and as of the 4th of February, its been missing. I've tried the celtic spread, and a few others, but nothing seems to work. I'm here on this forum to understand how to read the deck, use the deck, and understand how it would apply to my life/future. Hope to be on …

So happy to have found you! I've been wallowing in the archived AT forum, and was sad because everyone left the party before I got there. And then ... there was TT&M ... like a glowing beacon in my hits in Google search! I've been tarot-curious for a number of years, but have been studying and practicing reading consistently for about a year now. Some of the meanings are starting to stick, and my interpretations are getting more fluid - so yay! And I'm delighted to discover that my favourite decks demonstrate a sense of humour from time to time.

Hi, I've been away for a while, mostly because I've started a new job and have been focused on that, and when I've had time off, I haven't been bothered to do a ton of Tarot. Recently though, I've felt led to start doing the occasional reading again, and get reconnected with the Tarot community, especially the fine people on this forum.

Hello, I've chosen the username 'Scandinavianhermit', and I'm new here. I'm not sure what you want to know. I'm fond of CBD Tarot, Dame Fortune's Wheel Tarot and Oswald Wirth's original trumps from 1889, but less fond of other decks. Please ask me, if you want to know more. If I were able to dream about an ideal tarot deck, it would have a Wirth Empress (with recoloured eagle), an Emperor including a sea in the background (in order to allude to the blue field found in some Marseilles decks), a Payen style Devil and Moon, water by the foot of the Tower, a Jerusalem flag hanging from the angel's trumpet in the Judgement trump (not …

You all have warmed my heart with your comments and compliments, and even just joining my forum has made my heart sing. I've been busy at work, and working on the forum during the smallest bits of time off, so I haven't had a chance to keep up with the influx of introductions. I do read them when I'm at work, I just haven't had a moment to reply to each and every one. So I just wanted to thank you all for joining our community here, and I love seeing all these familiar faces pouring in! You make this forum a true home, and it's helped lessen my own shock of the closure of AT.

I'm new to the forum. Used to spend some time on another forum, but just yesterday found that one is no longer active. I love tarot, and I have a number of decks, but i don't know much about them. I use them to read for myself, and have dne readings for others but I am not confident at all. I would like to become more active with tarot and make some new friends. I would love to grow some confidence. And I would enjoy doing a little more with LeNormond. I started many years ago secretly as a teenager with the Aquarian Tarot. My favorite decks right now are two: Hanson Roberts and the Considerate Cat. I have 25+ decks right now. ~Shanachie05

Hi there! Im just popping in to introduce myself... Ive been slowly teaching myself the history and Symbolism of the Tarot, With a focus on the traditional Rider / Waite / Smith and the Crowley / Harris Thoth deck as I've been creating my own personal deck that Im trying to sort of take elements from the two and reworking with my own art. I saw in the Deck Creation section there is a Tarot Creation journal? This is exactly the sort of thing Ive been looking for! Im going to do a bit more exploring of the forums now. Thankyou! J

I am so excited to be a part of this community. My name is Reesa. I have been on my spiritual journey for a few years now but in the last 10 months have dived into deep introspection of myself/behaviors/life/began meditation and implementing mindfulness practices in my life/establishing communication with what I believe to be my spirit guides/learning what prayer looks like for me. I have always been inclined to things that everyone around me considered/labeled "weird/evil/magic." I also have always been highly intuitive and have been drawn to tarot, but did not purchase a deck until recently. I have been spending countless hours cross referencing resources, getting a per…
