Hi Guys, I hope you are well. My name is Francesca and I have a youtube where I have started reading tarot. I specifically joined to get more information and learn more about tarot. I also wanted some peoples perspective on different readings I did. I pulled one for the month of June that left me quite stumped. Looking forward to learning more!

    Started by Mynah,

Hi! I've reading cards for four years now. I joined this forum because I enjoy studying my decks but would love to share what I learn, and learn from others, too. That said, where are the Study Groups for specific decks located on this forum? I clicked around but didn't manage to find that. I want to make a study group for my home deck, the Dreaming Way, if one hasn't been made already. It's the deck I learned RWS-style tarot with, and I don't think it's possible to outgrow it (from my experience). It's one of those decks that you can read for quick and dirty divination if you want to, and you can also dive ever deeper into if you want to. Or if study groups a…

Hello! I'm so happy to have found this place. Was so sad when AT was closed and didn't think there will be a forum for tarot again. I was Exxyea on AT. Hope to see some familiar faces around after so long and looking forward to a new start with a fresh, new forum!

  8. Pierre-Yves
    Started by Pierre-Yves,

Hello, my name is Pierre-Yves and I'm a gay man based in Montreal, Quebec (French-speaking Canada). I became interested in tarot when I was a lonely teenager. I even drew one with felt pens on index cards when I was 15. I think everything I've been through since then (trials, grieving, changing relationships) has deepened my understanding of the symbols. And even if the quantity of tarot on the market today is dizzying, there are still artists who manage to astonish me and embody its symbols in a way that's even more pertinent and useful for the world to come. That's what makes me want to get involved too (I'm an illustrator, I work with watercolors and Photos…

    Started by Mesha,

Hi all! Since my 1st deck when I was 12 I have struggled to learn to read the tarot. For some reason it’s never quite clicked in my brain. That’s probably because my dedication to it always flags due to time constraints or other things getting in the way and stealing my attention. I love the cards though and even if I can’t read them in a way I consider proper I still collect them. I still have that first deck from when I was 12 called the Hoi Poi. A couple years ago I found Lenormand. I thought here is my answer and I feel in love just as hard with them. They have been easier for me to connect with and learn but life has still interfered with my master…

    Started by tabi,

Hello everyone, Tabi is actually a shortened version of my name. I use to be a part of AT, even a moderate for a short period of time. I have greatly missed the tarot community, information, and opportunities to share things. I've been reading tarot for on and off for almost 30 years now. I have joined a Facebook that is tarot and done monthly ISG that was based on one in the AT forums. I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all and searching the pages for interesting and funny tidbits. 🙂

Looking forward to getting into the weeds more here.!

Hello everyone! I just found and joined this forum today and I'm so happy to be here! A few months ago I was bit hard by the Tarot, Lenormand and Oracle bug and have purchased almost 50 decks on a quest for the perfect one that speaks to me. I'm learning the standard meanings of all of the cards and working on deepening my intuitive skills to assist me with readings. I've done a few that have been shockingly accurate or profoundly influential to the Querent. I absolutely love watching deck flip-throughs on YouTube. I also like creating comparative analysis spreadsheets of the cards and the decks to see which ones have good images and meanings. (Ok,…

I was looking for a place to shop and happened on your quaint tarot forum. I didn't need to get a reading to see that this would be a lot of fun. I've got about five decks in store, but don't hate me for being secular, I only use them for psychological insight. I hope to learn about the cards, how people use them, their spiritual growth and I hope to share the same with you. I enjoy creative writing a lot and think this place will be a lot of inspiration and fun. Good luck with your endeavours and I hope you find a good place in your heart.

    Started by Ibera,

Hello admired Tarot readers!! I've been learning Tarot full-time since August, and I'm totally hooked. It's been fascinating, and it's been a journey. A while back, a fellow learner showed me the book she was using, and it seemed pretty complicated. I thought it wasn't for me, but I guess it just wasn't my time. But this August, I had a lightbulb moment: "It's time to learn!" So, I got my first RWS deck, read a bunch of books, and started with Mastering the Tarot by Eden Gray. Then, WTF is Tarot? by Bakara Wintner, Mastering the Tarot by Paul Fenton-Smith, Tarot Tips by Ruth Ann and Wald Amberstone, and now I'm reading Tarot Reversals by Mary K. Greer. Afte…

Hello everyone, I hope you are well! I am new to this forum and am glad to be joining you. I come from a background of Tarot, Kabbalah, and Astrology and am looking forward to seeing what I can contribute and learn from this community. I hail from Mexico City, Mexico where I was born and spent time in Northern California as a child and Southern California for college. I have been studying astrology, Tarot, and Kabbalah for 20 years and can read in both English and Spanish. I'm an actor and writer so Storyteller seems like an apt moniker. I am looking forward to meeting people on this site and sharing with them. Nice to meet you all!

Hello everyone! I'm Cybele, I got introduced to the tarot by a friend of mine back in 2015 when he gave me a reading. I started professionally reading the tarot back in 2020 after practicing for years. I've always been interested in the tarot and divination and general and right now I'm using the tarot for my writing amongst other things. :) I hope to share some of my writing and spreads in this forum and hopefully I could collaborate and help others in the same way tarot has helped me. I look forward to learning from you all!

Hi Everyone! I don't know how I missed this community, but I am glad I found it 🙂 I am a psychotherapist and also read the cards. I love combining both of my passions and have written several books, including "Journaling the Tarot," "The Tarot Activity Book," and "Tarot for Transformation." It's been almost twenty years since I began my tarot journey and I love that there is always something new to discover about the cards...there is so much wisdom that you can hold in the palm of your hand 🙂 I am looking forward to being active in this community, so thank you for having me!

Wait, so I managed to completely forget to post an introduction post?? That is so like me 😅 Well, better late than never I guess.... Hiya all, I'm Tysha, and I have a bit of an obsession with collecting tarot decks. I do read with them too, but only for myself. Despite buying my first tarot deck .... a long time ago (the Celtic Dragon Tarot for the curious), I only really used them in spellwork rather than using them as a tarot deck until last year. I discovered the tarot community on Instagram, who welcomed me with open arms (and encouraging comments and likes), and my mild interest in the cards somehow snowballed into a full-blown addiction! I lo…

    Started by Euna,

Hi! Newbie here, so you might see me sometime ambling along trying to figure out how things work here. 😅 I'm a beginner practitioner of cartomancy (hedgewytchery), with oracle cards on the side. I do own tarot cards, but when I tried learning tarot reading and cartomancy, I find myself leaning more to using a regular deck of playing cards. I joined this forum in a bid to encourage and motivate myself to practice more, so feel free to interact with me (especially those who practice the same system as me hehe). Thank you! 💙
