Hi everyone, I'm glad to have found this forum. I started my efforts to learn tarot a few years ago and then life seemed to take over. Now I'm wanting to make more time for the things I'm passionate about, and so I've dusted off my Rider-Waite Smith deck and am ready to start learning again. I look forward to connecting with and learning from others here πŸ˜„ Thanks Fallen Angel

Hi All, I am a beginner tarot enthusiast. I have been attracted to tarot for decades but I would read blogs, watch YouTube videos...get overwhelmed and then drop it πŸ˜‚.I bit the bullet and took a beginner tarot course and am hoping to slowly find my way through it. Look forward to learning more about tarot and getting to know others in the same boat

    Started by Netzach,

I joined the forum in 2019 but, for whatever reason, was only active for about a month. However, a recent email chat with Gregory reminded me of how much I loved AT, of which I was a member of several years. She mentioned TT&M and said it was 'like AT in many ways'. So I'm back. Hopefully I'll find the time to be active for longer than a month this time.

    Started by Lucy,

I stumbled across this forum after searching for which spread to use to get messages from spirits. My names is Lucy , I have had psychic experiences at times in my life which ranged from a dream predicting a death with came true 2 years later. I have also experienced sounds, taste's, smells , feelings and voices and images in my minds eye. I feel very privileged & a huge peace to have had all of these experiences. sadly it seems like it’s all vanished and I would like to try and find a way to connect back to it .

Hi Everyone, I found this forum whilst trying to learn more about reading Tarot. I have been on a spiritual journey over the last two and a half years, but have been fascinated and drawn to tarot for most of my life. I have two decks, The Shining Tribe Tarot, which I got because the suits of rivers, trees, birds and stones seemed less scary than the traditional suits. I have since obtained the Everyday Witch Tarot which I love. I also have a couple of decks of oracle cards and recently purchased a set of Witches Runes. I look forward to getting to know you all and learning more.

Greetings. :) I have been a member of AT since 2005. I will sincerely miss the place. But I also understand that the Wheel turns and things change. It's difficult though, to be sure. This forum certainly helps soften the blow. I pulled a card from the WISDOM OF THE ORACLE deck shortly after learning about the AT shutdown and the card that I pulled was "Neverending Story." I think that's how I will continue to think of AT, as a story that hasn't ended yet, a story that continues to unfold. Very brief intro about me: I began reading Tarot in 1991 when I was 16 years old. It stuck and I've been reading ever since. I read mostly for myself but also for friends …

    Started by AnnaInWanderland,

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself! I'm AnnaInWanderland, or just Anna. My pronouns are she/her and I've been reading for a little less than a year. I use it therapeutically and to help me journal--something I used to do religiously but got away from in the last few years. My undergrad degree is in English lit and my MFA is in nonfiction writing--so naturally I enjoy reading, interpretation, and connecting with others through words and story. Tarot seemed like a totally new and different way to do these things I already love. And when I become interested in new things, I get a bit obsessive--I read about it constantly, watch Youtube videos, talk about it non…

hello new tarot family, this is my first time joining an online forum. i just turned 19 years old, and i've been off-and-on practicing tarot cards for about 6 years now. i've always taken it seriously, (well, as seriously as a 13-year-old can, anyway!) but i never practiced with the intent to memorize the meanings of the cards, or to develop a broader and deeper understanding of them. i've always had a decent intuition, and its rare that i have pulled cards that completely missed the mark, but that has never made anyone a master :)) i aim to cultivate a richer connection with tarot. these past few weeks have been very fun for me as i've gotten back…

    Started by Aditi,

My name is Aditi and I've been learning and practicing Tarot for a couple months now. Very much a newbie- still connecting with the cards and drawing meanings out. However, I'm smitten with Tarot, and how it helps me connect to my intuition to make progress spiritually. For sometime, I've been looking for a community or mentor or just people who are into Tarot. Since I learnt Tarot by myself online, I'd appreciate having a circle that can guide me with their perspectives. Looking forward to this! Thank you!

    Started by Geebo,

I got into tarot a while back on a lark, not thinking I would get that much into it. After doing a couple initial spreads just to do it, I found myself continuing the practice. In retrospect it makes sense as I already liked collecting cards and being introspective, so it seems obvious it would click with me. Since then I've accumulated a fair amount more decks and have come to learn a number of cards by sight. Not close to any mastery of the cards, but the intuition is getting sharpened bit-by-bit. Happy to have found a dedicated forum that is still active. Looking forward to learning what everyone has to share and hoping to do my part to contribute to the c…

Hey everyone, I've dabbled in tarot for a few years now (very very minorly). I started when I was about 18, and I'm in my mid 20s now. I've always found it very interesting and really, really wanted to learn but I've always found it very intimidating and extremely hard to trust my intuition. I ordered the Tarot of Pagan Cats deck today and I thought, well, now I've committed to a cute deck with kittens all over it I better start learning what to do and not relying on the tiny little guidebook I got with a set from the newsagent in 2012. I'm a bit slow picking things up but I really hope I can learn some things by being here :)

Hello everyone! My name is Chadwick, I am fairly new to the forums, joining just a month ago. I recently became the newest t t & m reader on the forums, and I wanted to tell everyone a little bit about myself. I began my career path as a traveling tarot card reader and entertainer a year ago. I've settled down in Portland Oregon and spend my time as a street reader, doing readings at parks, events, malls, bars, restaurants, benches, random spots in the city, etc etc. I specialize in karmic and divine unions, and my favorite thing to read is love. Although I can do readings for everything else. I have my own unique methods and spreads. I use the Bianco Nero deck and th…

Hi! Doing the whole forum thing is kind of a new beast for me, but I'm excited to see what comes of it. I've been practicing Tarot off and on for about twenty years, and got more serious about my readings, my studies, and my path over the last year. Seeing the way the cards and their guidance (and insight, oi vey) has helped me transform my life has inspired me to begin offering readings, as well as handcrafted runes, murtis, and other things. I'm also actively seeking more community in my life, with people who 'speak the same language' of crystals and cards, magic and beauty. And to deepen my knowledge of Tarot, the cards, the spreads, and how th…

Hello My name is Selena, and I am thrilled to join the Tea, Tarot & Me community. I'm currently living in the UK. I first developed an interest in fortune-telling and divination in the late 1980s. Since that time, I have read both professionally and for friends and acquaintances. I enjoy both Tarot and the Lenormand Oracle. Outside of divination I am interested in herbalism, folk lore and I’m a socialist. I look forward to talking and learning with you. Selena

I have dabbled in tarot reading in the past, only have one deck right now, the Tarot of the Cat People, thinking of designing my own at some point but I’ll probably not get round to it lol. I tend to come back to reading the cards when something is worrying me, which probably isn’t the healthiest approach! But I’m guessing I’m not the only person who does it.
