Hi there! I am from NJ, USA. I am somewhat new to this! I have some understanding of the cards and their meaning but I would love to learn to trust my intuition more :). I hope I can find some guidance here

Hey everyone, I'm writing to you all from the UK where I find myself at quite a major crossroads in life. Hoping to gain some insight and dive deeper into current experiences which are seemingly reflected through tarot. I'm fairly new to tarot, but learning about it's wisdom over the last year has been very expanding and helpful and I look forward to learn more of its teachings. ✌️

Hello! I’m Kelkie and new to tarot. Very excited to connect as I don’t have anyone in “real life” to chat with about this.

Hi everyone, I'm snailrizzy! I'm new around here, and I joined because I would like to connect with others who are interested in tarot, and do readings for others! After looking around this forum, it seems this is a serene and cozy community, so I think I'll be staying around. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and contributing to this forum!

I suppose I should introduce myself, although I kind of feel a little awkward making a post all about myself? Anyway, I'm Jade. Nice to meet you all! I'm very new, both to this forum, and also to tarot - I bought my first deck just last year. Since then I've basically gone on a buying spree - I really can't help it because there's so many beautiful decks out there!

Hi...I posted an introduction but didn't really post anything about me or my tarot journey. I got my first set of cards when I was about 15. Don't know if anyone else here will remember the James Bond movie Live And Let Die, but it was set in New Orleans and had a character that used tarot cards. One of the promotional items from that movie was a deck of those cards. There are called the Fergus Hall cards and the artwork is outstanding. They are my favourites. Anyway, I took them from my older brother who bought them and never used them. I loved them and started teaching myself to read. I got the usual flack from some folks about it was negative and the d…

Hello! I'm Shannon (she/her/they) I'm working primarily with RWS but I also have Morgan-Greer deck and a feathered oracles deck. I've been working with RWS for 15 years this year, on and off. I found this forum through some searches after realizing that AT Forum was archived. I've finally committed to learning as much as I can about tarot after a bumpy, fear-filled, road with lots of breaks. Thanks for having me, and I'm so excited to hear feedback and learn from ya'll. I love to serve and am excited to forge new connections and help where I can!

Despite some difficulties with the beautiful english language, I am very happy to join this forum 😀 I've been studying the art of card reading for 4 years and I'm still more and more passionate. Could someone please tell me where I can change my profile photo? I've been searching the threads extensively and can't find it. Thank you so much and a big hug to all. happy to be here!

Hello all! Dark horse here. I am a newbie. I’ve been studying the tarot mostly digitally. I really really love phuture me’s iOS app Tarot & Numerology. It allows me to create spreads, decks, and journal about them as well as review meanings any time I like. It works great on my iPad and iPhone. Its great for on the go. Right now I’m just starting off with RWS and created my own AI deck with horses through starry AI that I think is cool and can be used in the app. I’d like to learn the Lenormand too.

Hello everyone! My name is Julia, I thought it'd be nice to find a cozy Tarot forum to discuss all Tarot related things. I am from Russia, bit since already over 3 years I'm living in the North of Finland with my husband and our cat and dog. I've been doing Tarot for myself and sometimes for family and friends since school age, also I use Runes, Lenormand and oracles. For a couple of years already I also offer readings online, it's not a big business though. My nickname Musta Kissa means black cat in Finnish, cats are my passion 😀

I am a practicing solitary witch of 22 years (very earth based. Kind thoughts and love only) and have been in sync with the majesty of the outdoors as well as all that blossoms from it. I'm finally getting into tarot, as life has been showing me a fair amount of purple hues, and I think it's time. I am so excited to be here, and wish only the best for you all!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

So glad I've stumbled across this site! I've been reading Tarot for about five years, and I'm trying to form a deeper personal connection with the symbolism in the cards. I'm reading about the connection between the tarot and the Qabalic Tree of Life, and I've just started learning about astrology and its connection to tarot. But I’m really excited about learning from the experience and wisdom you all share in these forums!

Good day to you Tarot, Tea & Me! :) I'm a modern heretic, which is a convoluted way of saying that I'm on my own spiritual path. Despite that, I think I'm adjusting myself quite well to the current "spirit of our times", in other words living for $money$, fame and other hedonistic activities... >:D (Or at least pretending to enough to get left alone) I've known about Tarot for a number of years, like 15 or so, but it is really an on and off again activity. Especially when life gets more stressful, I've found it going out the window. Kinda ironic as it is then I probably need the advice most. I have many interests that tie in with my spiritual path,…

Hello everyone, My name is Emmanuelle. (I'm french but who cares ;D) I'm irrevocably tied to the occult world since my childhood. My meeting with the cards (tarot and oracle) came lately during my teenage years. And a time came when I totally closed the doors to the cards in a great part of my adult life... My Relationship with tarot is weird: more the type "I hate you as much as I love you" … I cannot explain. Now everthing's for the best between us thanks to the RIDER WAITE because LE TAROT DE MARSEILLE, well I just can't. I know that it's similar but let's say that the energies are too different. I want so much to exchange my perceptions/readings and lear…

Hello Everyone – I used to participate on AT from time to time, and it’s wonderful to see that lovely community continuing here. Thanks to you all who make it happen. I’ve been studying the Tarot for nearly 25 years now, and I still consider myself a student. I’m fascinated with the Tarot as a system in which each card is one of seventy-eight facets that comprise the whole gem that is us. I’m fascinated with the artwork that artists create, and the many ways of thinking about and reading the imagery that we learn from writers and deck creators and friends, and from ourselves. I mainly use the cards for contemplation and perspective nowadays. Occasionally I…

Hi guys, I'm Crystal. I've always been naturally intuitive and into astrology and supernatural matters, but didn't know much regarding what tarot was truly about. Like most, for a while I carried around the incorrect assumptions that the cards would summon the devil, bring about bad things, etc. After discovering that it's a tool of guidance to further enhance and work in conjunction with one's own natural abilities, what started out as mere curiosity quickly grew into more. FAST. I've been reading tarot off and on for about 8 years now. I stopped for almost a year after my mother's sudden death in December 2018, as I lost all motivation and was completely drained in ev…

Hi everyone, this is long overdue. I discovered this forum a couple days ago, when I was looking for tarot catalogues for 2020 and my google search brought me here. When I went to sign up - my email was already taken! So I did some digging and realized I signed up quite some time ago, and apparently completely forgot about it 😅 Allow me to introduce myself, with some delay 🙂 My name is Rori, I'm 24 years old and I've been reading for three years. I'm really looking forward to connecting with you all!

“The object world bowed and slept and grew enormous as something completely without space, as a container without volume, lightless, soundless, and did this inside a world even larger and more obscure than itself, a world we were walking through, which no one knew what to call (other than “old”) and no one understood the dimensions of but what was ours, this grid that had been touched by a circle, these noisy, impenetrable doors. We had been walking for hours, looking for a happening, a boundary event that would put an end to the crisis, not an extraordinary occurrence—some magical intervention—but a small act out of a cabinet of everyday acts that we’d witnessed numerous…

I have been interested in Tarot since I was 16, and bought my first deck - the mythic tarot, which is still one of my favourite decks, I took a hiatus from tarot while my children were growing up and decided to return to the tarot world about 6 years ago, for Christmas this year my hubby painted a room purple for me to use as my tarot room, I have nearly finished moving all my decks, books and other things into the tarot room, I will share pictures once I have finished setting up my room.

Beautiful community, allow me to introduce myself: Since I was 4 I had to cope with an disabling illness that affects my mobility. Given nobody employs me, I decided to do something that didn't reject me... Yes, Tarot and Oracle were the answer. And, guys, I couldn't be happier! Plenty of reasons brought me here, but the main one is make myself known in this magical world of readings. I come to you with the humility of an apprentice and with the strong desire to receive all the knowledge that you can offer me. Thanks from Colombia, South America.
