Anybody seen Suzanne Treister's HEXEN 2.0 Tarot for sale anywhere besides eBay / Etsy? My usual spots not turning up any copies, hoping to find slightly more reasonable pricing than eBay sellers offering...

Edition two of the (official) Homestuck Tarot is due in July, with all new art from the final acts. The back and border also changed, and they added playing card symbols. Like the previous, it's a collaborative fan art deck. Pre-order/images here. ETA: Many more images at the project blog. It looks like this time the deck was originally a fan project with no plans to sell, but it was picked up and officially licensed. I have the first ed., and prefer those earlier days, so may stifle my inner fangirl and stick with the one deck. But I'd be interested to know what others think...

I was wondering how many people enjoy reading with seasonal or holiday decks. I have a really good Halloween deck, The Jack-O'-Lantern tarot that I picked up last month, very traditional RWS imagery only with Halloween motifs. I have a much older Halloween deck that has changed the pips to different objects I can't really relate to. Anyone do any readings with Christmas themed decks? I saw a very beautiful Parisian Lenormand Holiday season deck for sale on Estes. Would you use these decks anytime of year or just around the seasons in which they're commemorating?

At the Tarot Garden I have a "holy grail" wishllist for a select few decks (from my overall wishlist) that I consider to be super rare, unlikely-to-ever-get decks that I nonetheless would really really love to have. Turns out, with some patience and careful Ebay stalking i've been able to get quite a few of the decks I had on my 'holy grail' list in recent months! They are the Louttre B, the Silhouettes Tarot (that one I barely won a down-to-the-second auction for haha), the Jugendstil, the Swietlstij Drogi, and the Minotarot. Hi! Someone i know has a Universal Waite deck that is so much more beautiful than my deck. Both are Universal Waite decks. It is unpossible for me to find a deck like she has. I will show you a picture, with both decks. My question is: does somebody has a deck with the colors like nr 2 on the picture? I hope to find the more darker coloring like in nr 2. I already bought a bluebox and a brown box on the internet, but both decks have the lighter coloring like in nr 1 unfortunally. I hope to find this beautiful deck! Thanks in advance, kind regards

I was shopping for a Vice Versa kit and found several sellers on eBay pricing the kit at about half of the Amazon price, with free shipping and free returns. Listed as brand new, in perfect condition. I checked the ISBN and these listings are for the kit, not the deck-only. Four-day shipping instead of 2-day, but up to $14.50 less than the big A. I'm wondering how these sellers can price so low. Does anyone know? Maybe they are selling factory seconds without disclosing that? ty

Hello All 😁👋 I was wondering how on earth you choose which pack of cards to buy. there are so many out there to choose from all beautifully designed too. I am guessing a lot of it is to do with personal taste etc but for a beginner who is just learning about the basics of the cards decks & history this has got me stumped 🤔 any tips would be greatly appreciated thanks 🙏

Apologies if this topic has been covered, I have been having a look through some of the previous threads but can't find something specific to this. I was just wondering how you choose tarot decks when buying them... I have found that sometimes when I use tarot decks that are pretty and simple, it can make reading harder- not sure why. But then I'm not sure if I want a deck that is overly complicated either... which I think Raider-Waite is sometimes. So are there any rules/considerations you have when choosing your decks or is it largely trial and error?

I came home from work real excited today because it was pay day and I had some moneys squirreled away so I was ready to BUY A NEW DECK, YAY! So I gathered up my wish list, and prices and started comparing and watching reviews and.... I really can't decide! It's so hard! Almost all the decks that I'm buying have some cards that I don't like (I suspect everyone feels the same way). For example the Maat. Most of the cards are gorgeous. I love those cards and I really hate a few others (so I have very strong emotion about this deck). I can't stand the Devil and about 3-4 more cards. So I am not using the deck for reading. It's a pity, the rest of the deck is great. What is your experience with decks that have cards you don't like? Can you just overlook/disregard them? Are you still using them for reading?

How do you spot if a rare oop deck is an original or fake? And which places/sellers you prefer and trust to get these decks from?

I am not sure if this is in the right place or not, but I am at my wits end with trying to remove the heavy scent on a beautiful deck of tarot cards that I was gifted years ago. Literally YEARS--we are talking 2017 or 18, I think! I LOVE the cards, but I cannot use them due to my allergies and asthma. i ordered "the wild unknown" tarot and unfortunately, half of the deck was fine but the other half was bent, all of them so together the whole deck was uneven and off and it was horrible unusable i ordered from amazon. so i requested a replacement and i hope and pray the whole deck comes even and normal is this a common thing? how many people got an "even" wild unknown tarot? has anyone had this issue with this deck? thanks (cross my fingers tomorrow it arrives and i'm pleased)
