Hi everyone :-) Here is a spread I learned some years ago. It's to find your life calling and possible career. Do as follows: 1) Pull out of the deck all majors. Shuffle them and pull out one of them. 2) Pull out the four aces from the four suits. Shuffle them and pull out one of them. The major and the Ace you now have, will tell you which way to turn for career. I had my two cards as XXI The World and Ace of swords - suggesting on a physical level that a job with internet would be good - on a more spiritual level it made me think of the legend of King Arthur that got his sword from Lady of the Lake to go on a quest for the holy grail. Good luck :-)

I sometimes find myself pondering new tarot spreads. And perhaps this is inevitable? It seems like intuition and creativity go hand-in-hand, perhaps even build upon each other. If that is indeed the case, then I suspect I am not the only Tarot enthusiast who at least thinks about creating their own unique Tarot spreads, or even prefers using their own creations above spreads established by others. How about you? Are spreads established by others your typical go-to, or do you prefer relying on your own creative Tarot spreads?

This was a spread that was posted to A.T. quite a few years ago. I don't recall having seen Isthmus Nekoi posting in those last weeks, so I'm not sure that they even know about the shutdown. I used this spread for a friend's reading this morning and it worked great. I wrote that the original post said this was "a spread for material things like $, health and suchlike. It's in the shape of the pentacle, symbol of the material." I used it because my friend is a budding Wiccan, and it felt the shape was a good fit for him. Isthmus Nekoi, if you pop in here and happen to see this, I really appreciate how well this spread works for readings, and not just about material thin…

Cutlery Tarot Spread (3) The author of this spread is unknown. It was first posted on Aeclectic Tarot (June 4, 2013) by krystalkitty in the April Intuitive Oracle 2013 Reading Circle thread. 2-3-1 1.Knife : What do I need to cut away in my life? 2.Fork: What opportunities do I need to spear before they get away? 3. Dessert Spoon: What do I need to savour and take my time over?

This is a collective new moon and full moon depends the phase zodiac (sun, moon, rising (mostly rising i explain later) spread i also tend to read the meanings combined to several astrology events sometimes for each of these placements especially if they come up but this part can be optional if you don't read astrology transits as well So you start of with the general energy of the moon on top which you choose exactly like you choose for any reading so any way is right if you work with moon decks you can also choose to put its phase or/and exact placement like new moon in Sagittarius or the moon phase and the sign it's in next to it (for astrology decks if you don't …

As I continue to explore "mixed-media" spreads, I decided to tackle the I Ching in conjunction with Anthony Clark's I Ching Pack and the hexagram correspondences in the Thoth deck (as mentioned in Crowley's BoT commentary). I envision using this only for complex problem-solving situations. https://parsifalswheeldivination.com/2019/08/24/an-i-ching-tarot-problem-solving-spread/

I'm one to think that The Tower has some powerful lessons, if you're willing to face it. It's to be respected, but not feared. Here's a spread to help see the light in the chaos. 1. What barriers did you build up to protect yourself? 2. How did those barriers block you in? 3. What did you long for from the top of your tower? 4. What destroyed your personal Tower? 5. How will this free you? 6. How will this leave you vulnerable? 7. What unshakable foundations can you rely on when all else is lost? 8. What should you carry away as you move forward from this experience? Hopefully this spread can help you shake off the dust and move forward, proudly still alive!

Does anyone know if anything is wrong with Ethony? Like previous years, I requested the free Tarot by the Moon book this year (although a bit late). I unsubscribed from her newsletter last year, because aaaalllll the newsletters - not just hers - tend to get a bit much. But I didn't receive a confirmation email, no email with link to download, etc. Tried with another email address; still nothing. (Checked my spam folders too, of course 😉 ) I've tried using the form on her website to contact her, asked if she could help; this was about a week ago, and still no reply. Did anyone here manage to download this year…

Another spread made a while ago! Take Death out of your deck and sit with it for a moment. Gaze at the card and contemplate what Death means to you. Think about your experiences, or lack thereof, with Death so far. Write a bit about this. When you're ready, place Death back in your deck FACE UP. Shuffle it in, nice and thorough. Shuffle 13 times to honor Death. Then, seek Death out. Dig through your deck until you find it - the deeper you have to dig, the deeper his transformation is within your Soul. When you find Death, take it and the surrounding 2 cards out. The one on top is Charon's Obul, your payment to The Ferryman. Have you paid your dues? If you got …

Here is one of my smaller spreads that has a less-sprawling narrative behind it. It was created a few of months ago during the last budget crisis, so the climate addressed by the example reading has changed some. I could see using it to vet news stories. AUTHOR'S NOTE: Whenever I see a post that purports to fact-check some controversial occurrence, I immediately become suspicious that the supposedly impartial investigator has a private agenda that is being served by facts specifically "groomed" to support the objective, a hunch that is usually borne out by the demonstrated bias of the platform on which the reporting appears. Here is an experimental spread that …

I don't know how long I've been using this spread, but it's been helpful in figuring out whatever I have a question about (the subject). Basically, - The Subject (on top, by itself), which is what the rest of the cards will be answering. - The Advice, (three cards in the middle), where each card elaborates further on what to do regarding the subject in question (this is also a great way to mix another deck in). - The Outcome, which is the bottom card, which is what happens if you take the advice cards regarding the subject. It doesn't mean it will happen - it is what will happen if the advice is followed. I actually don't know…

Here is a wonderful spread created by Chiriku[/member] and first shared by them at AT. This is one of my favorite spreads for winter, so I wanted to share it here and to work with it as a reading circle spread. I highly recommend you read Chiriku's original AT post- it is so poetic! All the spread info below is quoted from that original post: * * * The Gift of Winter * * * **A spread to be used at any time in relation to Winter: in the month or two before, to anticipate its coming; at the time of the Winter Solstice, to revel in its deepest and darkest hours; or in the winter months afterward, to celebrate the "here-and-now" of this awe-inspiring season in o…

Hello, Anyone else like smaller spreads over big ones? I really enjoy performing the 3-card spread (past, present, and future) on my clients as it gives me a good overview without being too specific and become lost in endless details. Also, I find it so much easier to consolidate the 3 cards at the end of a reading.

Here is one of my more recent creations based on the ten-card tetractys spread that can be used in two ways: to get a straightforward "do it/don't do it/think about it" answer, read only the top six cards concluding in a three-card line; for the more philosophical "rest of the story," add the bottom four lines. I tend to be thorough in my approach to divination, so when reading the cards “on the clock” in a professional setting I often have insufficient time to address more than the high points of the scenario and answer a few parting questions. This is the “tip of the iceberg” effect that disappears when operating remotely (for which I prefer email) because in t…

PS! This is for entertainment only. There are no facts in tarot. In some cultures the word entertainment can be understood as "under attitude". Hi all 🙂 Inspired by a conversation with @Raggydoll I came up with this spread for further enlightenment . The reason I put some sample cards behind it - that I have pulled myself - is that since we regards ourselves as family, I share some of my findings with you. The reason that I don't interpret them, is that we all have different view on tarot and the facts that I present a style with make-up on - I don't want to feel all naked - when I allow you to copy my style, so to speak. He…

Can members here provide any good tarot spreads to help with finding lost objects? Thanks

I really enjoy doing time position spreads. Aka: "what is The forecast for my love life for next week" and draw 7 cards, 1 card for each day, or "what is waiting for me next month" and draw 4 cards, 1 card for each week.

I created this spread in thinking about themes related to spring and Beltane, although it can be used any time of year. But what was really fun about this to me is I based it on lyrics to a Led Zeppelin song! I feel like a lot of Zeppelin songs have deep and magical themes, so this might become a new thing for me 8) The song is - apologies in advance if this video doesn't play in your region! The lyrics that inspired me are these: "If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now- It's just a spring clean for the May Queen. Yes there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run There's still time to change the road you're on." I always th…

I set myself a challenge: create a small-ish spread (I'm not a fan of anything less than five cards) that takes advantage of Elemental Dignities and the quintessence to provide additional detail. I've found that it reads well. Here are a couple of links. https://parsifalswheeldivination.com/2019/06/19/an-elemental-dignity-short-form-decision-making-spread/ https://parsifalswheeldivination.com/2019/06/19/an-elemental-dignity-short-form-example-reading/
