Tarot Spreads

Hi Everybody Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I am looking for an advice on which spread to best use for my question. My issue is, I am about to start a new business venture with a partner. The problem is, that we lately seem to have issues on understanding each other. I am not sure anymore if I should start/continue this business venture or just give up. In a way I want to give it up but then I am not sure if I have to learn something in this relationship. Is there a spread that can bring clarity?

January is a good time to calculate your card of the year. Simply add the numbers of this year (2026) + your birth month + your birthday, and keep adding the numbers until the sum is smaller than 22. For me, it's 14, Temperance, which I can reduce further and get 5, the Hierophant. Does anyone have recommendations for a good/meaningful/powerful spread to do on their birthday? Tarot/oracle/both. I know you can do year ahead ones but when the birthday is end of November and the actual new year is only a month away, it would be nice to have something a bit different. The cards reflect different aspects of life and ourselves and I think sometimes pictures better connect with our subcounsciousness than words. I see in my LWB for a deck a spread with a tarot card for each house and three overall cards in the center. So 15 cards. I know the zodiac houses and basic characteristics of the signs, but am not strong is astrology beyond that. Is this beyond my capabilities for a good reading?

Lately I stumbled on Vincent Pitisci's CC variation -which I loved a lot and started using regularly He claims it can answer EVERY question- but I found it difficult answering specific questions: Like what are my strengths/ potential in a specific situation matter.
