I added a new Library area to the Tarot section! Right now there are two categories, General Tarot and Deck Reviews. I can add more as needed, but right now I'd like to test this so we can have a nice reading area. Please don't select any other topic elsewhere for Add as Article except the library. I'm looking into ways to limit this. Let me know if you have any questions!

On Feb. 2nd, estimated around the afternoon hours of CST, I will be putting the forum in maintenance mode in preparation for the move. The domain I have the forum under (LittleFangTarot) is my personal tarot business, and I feel that this forum has outgrown its nest and is ready to move forward! Good morning! (At least, here in central time.) Due to some concerns, I have placed the Adopt-A-Deck section, with an included Trading Fun & Games forum, behind a subscriber-only wall. This should protect our members a little as only those who are willing to donate a little will be able to partake. If there are any other forum sections you'd appreciate some extra pay protections, please post to the Assistance forum. I know this will improve the privacy of our family here. Unfortunately, I've had to roll back the forum an hour due to a glitch in a plugin I added then uninstalled. If you were on in the last few mins, you saw the kind of error it was giving off, making the forum impossible to use. I tried repairing the files first, which didn't work as planned. I greatly apologize for any lost posts made in the last hour, especially anything long such as readings and journals. I pray that none of that was lost. I hope that you can forgive me! I'll be a bit more careful when playing with the plugins next time. -Little Fang

This guide discusses what sections each member group is allowed to join in on, and what requirements are necessary in order to be in that member group. View it HERE. This forum isn't perfect yet and there are some things still on my to-do list! I am putting this list up to both be a kick-in-the-butt as well as to show everyone that there are things I intend to fix up. 1. Logos for other themes. Astronomy logo replaced! 2. I'm trying something new. In order to protect the community from people joining just to obtain free readings in exchanges, or to promote without putting effort in elsewhere, I've added a 5 post minimum before accessing certain sections. I feel that 5 posts is fair. You can post an intro, welcome somebody else, post something you like about tarot, wish somebody a happy birthday, and share your favorite deck. I want to ask that everyone please excuse the dust as I work around to make this forum the best I can. I've been adding new forum sections, moving posts to those forum sections for relevance, and even modifying the board a bit as you can probably see. Banner at the top now disappears for subscribers. You can change your theme a lot easier, and I may add more themes now that it's so easy to see. You can collapse all these sections if you want. I'm eventually gonna draw up a logo for the top. I welcome any suggestions in the Assistance forum!

A highly requested feature that I just figured out how to implement. Now you can list your deck collections and wishlists within your profile! Have fun!

Try the following. If you need to get in touch, email brittany@littlefangtarot.com. Please e-mail me a copy of the error you are receiving to make my research easier. Solution #1: Close out of the site completely and then go back to it, making sure it's listed as https in the front. Solution #2: Don't use the login bar at the top right, instead click the menu link for Log In and log in that way. I am in search of a solution in the meantime. Let me know if you continue to have problems and I apologize for the inconveniences caused.

The site has been running smoothly with over 100 members now (wow, thank you!) so I'm going to give attachments a trial run. If I notice significant slow down, I might disable them, or just upgrade the server if funds permit at the time. I've added a purple theme called Astronomy that you can select in your profile, for those seeking that comforting hue. I've also reorganized the forum a little and added a Historical section for those who prefer that over the spiritual tarot. Enjoy your day, and happy independence day to my fellow Americans! :)

While I've moderated under this forum software before, I'm still figuring out nifty things to make this a better forum. I've added a study groups forum under the Tarot header. You are free to request a subforum now that I've figured out how to do them! I'm also going to be adding minor rules under some of the forum areas. If you have a suggestion for a forum, it never hurts to ask in the Assistance section!
