Hello to anyone reading this post! Just wanted to post something like an intro or something since I'm new here. I'm in the process of still editing my profile but I posted my collection and my wishlist. I'm not willing to part with anything I have just yet but you never know! 

My tarot journey started back in 2011 while in hs. Can't believe its been 10 years already! Never joined any forums but i figured why not start with a tarot forum, right?

I'm also on twitter with the same handle. I post some tarot related content along with my other interests. Can't wait to rummage through here!

When i first an forum back in 2002,  it took me a while to offer a reading as i thought you had to bet there for the reading to work.

Thanks! I wouldn't know where I fit in in terms of growth... I mean I've read cards for people (nothing too serious) but I like to use simple spreads that include up to 3 - 4 cards. I've done readings in person, through the phone, and through video too but I read people close to me i.e. friends and family. I've always been a tad intimidated by larger spreads but if I do use a larger spread then I'm usually doing a reading for myself. You can search on twitter 🙃

What about you? Where are you in terms of growth?

Ohh i just did a reading lenormand took me some time to even give it respect, i was die hard tarot system at one point. Perhaps it was boredom but i got into lenormand ( also a couple of kipper decks). 

I will never be a scholar historian type. 

I leave that to the more educated. 

I have for fairs and my local powwiw.  

Funny thing in fb  i had a 2 year listing on my fb for a one card reading delisted by fb as it is consider asbuying a ticket an event. 

After a reading here there of people readings in fb groups, i decided to comeback more activately and use my phone to give readings. 

So pretty well where i am at.

I currently own a fusion deck that is lenormand and rws. I guess I am on that same boat that you were on years ago. I've seen lenormand decks by creators/artist that I follow but I am not compelled or called to own any at the moment. I am content with owning and using RWS decks. I have started my pip and marseille studies recently. I own very few of those decks. Majority of my decks are rws. 

I'm not sure if I'll ever read for others or have clients ever.

 

Yeah! I own a switch as well!! Too bad though about the xbox and ps d:

Welcome to the forum. I'm not at all sure how a fusion deck could possibly work - which deck is it ?

 

I will never have clients either. I'd rather keep tarot as my thing, rather than HAVE to do it as work. I made that mistake doing a degree in music; I wish I'd kept it as a hobby !

Thank you😄 Its the Illuminated playing card deck. Sorry, I meant to say it's a tarot and playing card deck. (TBH i feel like they bleed together) 

Yeah I agree, other than doing family and friends I LOVE that its my own thing.

Welcome to the forum! I read your title for this thread in the voice of a certain little fairy companion - I assume that was intentional 😄 I too own a Switch, but I'm also in the PlayStation gang since 2002 or so. Never owned an Xbox but I admire the backwards compatability I've heard a lot about since the new consoles launched. PlayStation and Nintendo could learn a thing or two from that 😉

Haha yes it was intentiona and if you know then you know! I consider myself a new xbox player, havent had a year w my console yet but I'm enjoying it mainly had nintendo consoles all my life but yeah competition is good for players. We end up getting more more content at the end of the day.

I only got my PS4 in January last year so I'm pretty new to it actually - it's a bit weird to jump in so late in its cycle but I love that there's such a huge library of games to choose from. It's nice to have an extra console besides the Switch to use for those more demanding games that don't get ported or looks better on Xbox or PS4. I'm also a big Animal Crossing fan since the Gamecube game - I noticed Jitters as your avatar. How mean the animals could be in the old games! I kinda miss it 😊

OMG SAME. I got the One X in June (CP ed) but I love it regardless if im late to the party lol I love the head shapes of the first game it's nostalgic and kind of funny. But I have to I agree with the sassy attitude they had back then (especially Phyllis). I miss it too.

For sure! Expect me on your island sometime then! But I'm going to be honest, I'm one of those who got burnt out the first time around 😬. I consider my island still "under construction"  so when i find ample time i will hopefully have a dream address that I'll share!

I can't wait to put up new dream of my island redone!  I have some of the Mario stuff and it's a blast!  I have some screenshots that I can show you if you'd like to see them.  She's wearing the Princess Peach dress. 😊

Yes, they were so sassy! I'm kinda bummed out those days are never coming back, I think they were too mean for many younger players to handle and Nintendo wants to be family-friendly and all. I miss so many of the characters they didn't bring over to New Horizons, like the post office workers, Kapp'n and Brewster. Maybe some of them will come back in a future update?

I'm working on redoing my island so it's a big mess at the moment. It's supposed to have a haunted fantasy-island theme to it, but my lack of the western-style stone recipe has put a damper on my ideal aestethic 😅 Anyway, I've mostly worked on the north end of the island and just started working on my entrance by the airport - you can probably see on my map where I've been busy. I'll check out Torquelsle 😊

Hey @Saturn Celeste and @Page of Ghosts!! I just visited both of your islands! I just uploaded my island, Omashu, up too.

This is my dream address: DA-6162-5911-8768. Anyway, I only have my small Resort part of the island done and the rest is still WIP. Very proud of the Resort lol we'll have to wait even longer tho, I expected Brewster to be announced within NHs first year of launch but that didn't happen...Hopefully in its second year we hear some news of returning villagers and characters.

Hey, a fellow gamer.  Nice to meet you.  I'm a PlayStation guy for life, but Nintendo and I go way back too.  I currently own a PS4 and a Switch, with plans to get a PS5 eventually.  I played Animal Crossing: New Horizons extensively from late March of last year, until maybe a few months ago.  I still love my island, but there hasn't been too much excitement lately, so I now only drop by to visit my animal friends on occasion, usually during holidays and villager birthdays so I can get all those seasonal events in.  I hope we can get along.🙂
